Il. DETAILS

On October 8,2023,at around 9:30 in the evening, a stabbing incident occurred in Colapo
Residence at Barangay Guibuangan Catubig Northern Samar. Raffy Colapo, 32 years old, married,
was drinking liquor in his house together with his friends. While getting intoxicated by liquor, Raffy
Colapo, the victim, started shouting and banging the door. And one of his friends was annoyed by his
behavior and they got a heated argument that leads to stabbing and death of the said victim.

According to the initial inquiry, the victim was stab two times on stomach. The suspect was
named Adam Pura, 30 years old, single. The suspect voluntarily surrender after the incident to the
Catubig Police Station and admit the crime he committed.

The victim, Raffy Colapo, who sustained 2 stab wounds was taken to Catubig District Hospital, but
was declared dead upon arrival.

IV RECOMMENDATION
In view of the foregoing, this office hereby recommends to refer this instant case before the
office of the City Prosecutor.
