INTRODUCTION

A. Background of street vendors

With the Field Work Practice (PKL), which will be held from
February 1, 2023 to March 31, 2023, it has the potential for students to work
directly in their fields, and can appreciate the current era of globalization, and
is expected to be useful for the nation, nation, and religion.

B. Time and Place of street vendors

The time used for the implementation of this Field Work Practice
(PKL) is from February 1 to March 31 which is located at CV MUTIARA
DIGITAL PRINTING which is located at Jln. Pioneer of Independence No.9,
Ciamis, Ciamis District, Ciamis Regency, West Java 46211.

C. Purpose of street vendors

Field Work Practice Activities (PKL) is one of the programs that must
be at the Vocational High School (SMK) education level. With the Field
Work Practice (PKL) can produce students to become successful
entrepreneurs, because Field Work Practice (PKL) is the beginning for them
to learn in the world of work.
In this day and age science is increasingly developing, including
Multimedia science. In the realization of Field Work Practice (PKL), the
scope of development is wider not only in the field of expertise, but also other
sciences that can be taken advantage of, so that students' insights increase.

D. Benefits of street vendors
1. Practice Skills
The PKL program can provide opportunities as well as train skills
for SMK students by applying what they learn in school. Vocational
students can apply theories, principles and concepts that they have
learned before in the actual industrial world.
2. Provide Practical Experience
The benefit of the PKL program for other vocational students is
that it can provide practical experience. This experience is very important
to prepare mentally, knowledge and also students' insight into the
industrial world.

E. Systematics of Report Review

1. Data Collection Methods
To perfect the data needed, the author conducts data collection
methods in several ways, namely:
a. Interview
Interview is a data collection technique that is carried out directly,
namely by conducting questions and answers with resource persons to
obtain information about the data needed.
b. Observation
This method is done by practicing directly by conducting Field
Work Practices (PKL) at CV MUTIARA DIGITAL PRINTING.
c. Literature Study and References
Data collection techniques with this process are carried out by
reading guidebooks, and studying them. Other sources of data have to
do with this report and from the results of library methods with field
methods, then combined so that conclusions can be drawn which is a
combination of theory and practice.

The time used in collecting this data is during the Field Work
Practice (PKL) at CV MUTIARA DIGITAL PRINTING, from February 1,
2023 to March 31, 2023.

The data for writing the report on the results of Field Work
Practice (PKL) is obtained from the place where the author carries out Field Work
Practice (PKL), namely at CV MUTIARA DIGITAL PRINTING.

The tools / instruments used in collectingthisdata and are:

1. A Brief History of CV MUTIARA DIGITAL PRINTING
This business was started in August 2012 in the city of Banjar,
West Java, precisely on Jl. Perintis kemerdekaan No. 31 Banjar. By
producing these types of molds for Indoor and Outdoor
The business was first established by the parents of Ms. Meta,
over time the company was passed down to Mr. Iyus and Mrs. Meta.
Over time the printing press opened a company in Ciamis district.
The founder of Mutiara Digital Printing is Mr. Hendralis. For reasons of
several factors, one of them wants to expand the printing business so that
customers in the Ciamis area do not have to go far to Banjar City.
Mutiara Digital Printing Ciamis was established in December 2017 with
the address Jl. Perintis Kemerdekaan No. 9, Ciamis, Ciamis District,
Ciamis Regency, West Java 46211 with 12 employees, including: 4
designers (Vicki, Fikri, Juju, Firman), 1. Cashier (Rika), 1. Customer
service (Fitri), 3. Indoor machine operators (Nana, Diki, Onyeng), 3.
finishing man (Anton, Aji, Yudi).

4. Working Hours
1. CV Mutiara Digital Printing is open every Monday to Saturday. Working
hours at Mutiara Digital Printing start at 08.00 – 18.00. for afternoon
break from Monday to Thursday 12.00 – 13.00. while on Friday at 11.00
– 13.00.
