Teacher’s reflection:
Strength

1. Repetition of signing for new vocabularies helped the students to memorise the words better. Hence, they are able to recap the types of
homes they have learned during the post-lesson.
2. Displaying the instructions on the screen was an effective class management technique. Apart from depending on the teacher to give
instructions, they are able to execute the activities by referring to the instructions on the screen.
3. The signing videos in Step 2 managed to attract to students’ attention. Every student remained focused and none mazed out during the
presentation.

Weakness

1. Spoken words and signings are not alligned. Sometimes spoken words are faster than the signs.

Suggestions of improvement

1. Acquire the signing skills for SEE better and be more confident in signing.

2. Speak in a slower pace and repeat if the students look confused.

Conclusion

1. The teaching and learning process went smoothly within the time allocated. All six students managed to achieve the first objective by matching
and pasting at least 2 pictures correctly to their descriptions.
2. All six students managed to achieve the second objective by listing down at least 3 out of 6 correct features of the chosen home. Personalised
guidance from the teacher is given to facilitate the students in answering the entire worksheet.
