Driver Sleep Alerting Alarm

Abstract:

The car accident of today’s case is increasing . Many

people got injured or even die. This is a equipment which
may help them to reduce these incidents. The main cause
of these accidents are happened due to the unconscious
or sleepiness that happened to the drivers. especially
lorry drivers, taxi drivers etc. Fig.2 Relay

This is a equipment which senses the consciousness of

the driver simply by checking whether the eye is closed
or not by the Eye blinking sensor and alerts the driver by
alarming the buzz. If the eye is closed by 3 seconds, the
Eye blinking sensor sends a message to Arduino Nano

and the program in it makes the alarm to buzz. And
automatically after 5 second the circuit to the motar will
be cut off by the Relay and the vehicle will be stopped.

II MATERIALS REQUIRED *Then the Eye Blinking Sensor is connected with

circuit which is connected to the motar.

IV. CONCLUSION

Through our proposed project, we aspire to reduce the

car accidents and death through innovation and
technology.
