AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION
I, ROWENA D. COLINA, of legal age, Filipino, widow and with
residence address at Grajeda Subdivision, Barangay Nursery, Masbate City,
Masbate, subscribing under oath, depose and state:

1. I am one of the compulsory heirs of Demosthenes Z. Delos

Santos.

2. I hereby confirm and attest that I have previously waived my

rights and/or share over the property located at Tara Street, Masbate City,
Masbate, where the Mercury Drug Store is currently leasing, in favor of my
brother, Rodulfo “Rudy” Ariate Delos Santos, particularly described as
follows:

A parcel of land designated as Lot 4779-A-2

containing an area of sixty (60) square meters,
more or less, bounded on the North by Rosa Delos
Santos-Bongala (Lot 4779-A-3); on the East by
Lot 4779-A-4; on the South, by Tara Street; and on
the West, by Remedios Delos Santos-Almoradie
(Lot 4779-A-1) covered by Tax Declaration No.
21-007-01208 in the name of Eduvejes Ariate
Delos Santos.

3. I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the

foregoing and for whatever legal purpose this may serve.

Affiant further sayeth naught.
