2 1. Package scope of supply shall be as per Project Design Basis – Fariz VLPC Installation, Doc. No. FRZ-G-DB-001
3 2. Compressor shall suitable with fluid service condition, with 100% turndown via speed adjustment, capacity control, and recycle line.
4 3. Gas engine shall be suitable for compressed gas as fuel gas, Low BTU Carburization, Class I, Div. 2, Group D Capable, equipped with silencers and flame arrester,
5 12V/24V Electrical System, flexible dry coupling system complete with non-sparking guard.
6 4. Package scope supply shall include compressor, gas engine driver, gas and lube oil cooler, scrubber and blowcase, structural frame and enclosure, on skid piping
7 system, valves, instrumentation sytem, panel, starting system, battery and electrical system. the package are installed in containerized size to have easy mobilization.
8 5. Package suction scrubber with integral blowcase to automatically eject separated liquids and oil separator designed in accordance to ASME Sec VIII code
9 pressure vessels latest edition and completed with pressure relieving system.
10 6. Local control panel, instrumentation, and electrical equipment shall be provided and suitable for hazardous classified area
11 7. All equipment and accessories shall be installed on single/integral baseplate/skid, completed with drip pan and drain valve (flanged connection), and equipped with
12 four point lifting lugs and spreader bar that allowed package lifted with single point lifting.
13 8. Package shall be designed in compact design with skidframe size size complete with fire and gas system and fire suppression system, strobe and alarm for
14 abnormal package detection.
15 9. Design requirement for piping system shall be accordance with MEP-P-ES-002, Piping Material specification shall be accordance with MEP-P-ES-001 and also for
