    ABSENTEES

    POINTS DISCUSSED:
    1. CO3
    • Kindly update the CO3 by Friday, 27th October, with all the links
    and the activities.

    2. Newsletters
    • Newsletter inputs for upcoming UOI to be shared with the HRTs
    by Monday, 23rd October.
    • Kindly mention TD themes and appropriate songs in the inputs.

    3. Sports Requisition
    • Any requisition for sports to be mailed to Ms. Navina.

    4. Term 2 Report Cards


    • Reminder for submission of the report cards by Friday, 20th
    October.

    1. Global Village Fest


    • Props - All the props to be prepared and shown by Saturday, 21 st
    October.

    2. Floor Backdrops
    • For each floor the backdrops to be prepared with the appropriate
    images by Mr. Pushpinder.

    3. Canopy Decoration
    • Canopy decoration to be taken care by Ms. Ashi. The previous year’s
    decoration can be re-used.
