1. This machine belongs to high-temperature equipment. When operating and maintaining the machine,

please wear high-temperature gloves, protective mask and protective glasses to avoid being

scalded by the splattered solder or the surface of the machine heating device.

2. Before using equipment, and shall ensure that the power supply security, this machine use 380 v,

three-phase four-wire system, namely the three phase line and a ground wire, Mr Abe's order

requirements, and pay attention to the power supply capacity is greater than the native maximum

power, ensure the fuselage, industrial touch screen, PLC and other reliable connect to, in order

to avoid electrostatic damage or line aging, resulting in leakage.

3. The main power supply and the UPS power switch should be cut off during machine maintenance to

avoid electric shock accidents caused during maintenance. The control loop is supported by the

UPS power supply. When the main loop is cut off, the single-phase alternating current of UPS

inverter will ensure the safe transport of PCB and the normal shutdown of PLC.

6. When the machine is running, make sure the door of the electric box is closed and the window door

of the touch screen is closed.

7. When lifting the preheating cover, the support rod should be checked to ensure that the cover

does not fall off. "three nos" should be done: do not hurt yourself, do not hurt others, and do

not be hurt by others.

8. Flux and solvent are inflammable, firework should be strictly prohibited, and fire extinguishing
equipment should be set up near the machine.

9. Operators are strictly prohibited to wear loose clothes, ties and long hair to avoid being

involved in machine power devices.

10. Electrical maintenance shall be performed by qualified electrical technicians, and care shall be

taken to ensure that the warp source and UPS power supply are cut off before maintenance, and

care shall be taken not to plug or unplug any interface or plug while it is still live.
11. No one other than the machine management and operation personnel shall operate the machine
without authorization to avoid unnecessary losses.
12. During the process design and incoming plate inspection, we should ensure that the spare parts
do not fall off, so as to avoid causing tin-blasting or blocking the filler and causing
unnecessary losses. During the maintenance of the tin furnace, we should ensure that the machine
has stopped running, and pay attention to avoid dropping tools and accessories, The impeller is
stuck in the tin slot and the nozzle is blocked.

System time setting

Safe operation of nitrogen
1.1 suffocation hazard:

1.2 hazards of compressed gas

Exhaust outlet piping should be installed in a large outdoor

space and should not be installed near air conditioning or

ventilation vents and entrances.

Ventilation safety:
Do not operate the machine when the exhaust system is not working.

Ask the nitrogen supplier for safety information

Consult nitrogen suppliers to ensure that the nitrogen circuit is


suitable for safety rules. Nitrogen suppliers will provide

valuable safety protection measures in the workplace where

nitrogen is used.

1.4 nitrogen connection

Pressure device

Nitrogen pressure in the input machine shall not exceed 6.9bar,

if necessary. Before connecting nitrogen to the machine, the

user must install a nitrogen release valve on the nitrogen

circuit.
