- Concern has been raised about the respect and appropriateness


issues at work as well as the way that coworkers interact. In the
case of the woman who arrived late, it would have been more
polite if she had talked more carefully and without speaking as if
she were in a different setting from the job. Even though her
tardiness can be interpreted as a sign of incompetence, it's
crucial to take the situation into account. If she had expressed
her situation more clearly, it would have been clear that she was
running late due to caring for her children.

2. Was the principle of humanness practiced during the resolution

-The current predicament has taught us the value of sincerely


apologizing and accepting responsibility for our misdeeds. The
former situation, where communication ethics were disregarded,
contrasts with this. As a result of this strategy, there won't be
