Written Report

On the first day of April marks our first field immersion in our NSTP, Civic Welfare Training
Service component. We were assigned in specific area in Barangay Gahonon of Daet, and were
tasked to cooperate in cleaning and making the place presentable as possible.
Students in section A under director decided to rendezvous at the barangay hall of Gahonon to
set things first. We then start to go to our respective groups and find our assigned area to clean.
Our group was assigned nearly in front of the SM Daet, it was indeed a challenge to clean the
area because the wild grass was everywhere and its roots stuck to the ground like it was glued
on. Thus, we did everything to make our work done as soon as possible in order to move on to
the next area that we ought to clean. Upon our arrival in the next area, we then scooped out
the trimmed grass that were once present in the area. We had also separated the plastics and
the biodegradable waste, which helped the barangay captain in the area. We ended our
immersion by returning to our meeting place- the barangay hall, and concluding the day with a
nice photo as a documentation for our first on-field activity.
