In this video they tackle about the Emirates Flight Catering. They
have shown in the video that it has a lot of process from making,
cooking, packing, putting foods into a chiller for cold food and to
another place for hot food, and lastly is serving the goods to
passengers. And speaking of passengers, the foods that they make are
classified to where the passenger was belong to like for example there
is a food for first and business class and economy class. Everything is
well organized and clean since they always makes sure to clean
everything because food and the things they use should always be
clean before the using it and to be serve on board. Moreover they
prepare these foods by bulk or a specific number of passengers per
aircraft so meaning after they make 500 for this aircraft they are task
to make another 500 for the next aircraft, so the work inside the
Emirates Flight Catering is not a joke since its continuous. For me
this kind of practices takes a lot of patience and hard work, it should
be consistent since everything is all about food and safety of
passengers that will be eating it, I like the overall video from the
process of making the food to serving it because everyone should
follow or be organized like this the Emirates Flight Catering did a
very good job throughout the whole process.

For this video the Air Canada shown their new Premium Economy
Class cabin which has 21 seats and it is between the business class and
the normal economy class cabin. In this class there is a lot of upgraded
 amenities from the a larger screen, the meals, the kits, and of course
the spacious seats that will make the passengers more comfortable and
for their luggage’s there is more room for it. This premium economy
class is great for passengers that wants to be more comfortable for the
whole flight but doesn’t want or not eligible enough to get the
business class. In my opinion this Premium Economy Class cabin will
be one of my dream seats in an aircraft when I got the chance to travel
in the future since it is comfortable and all amenities and benefits are
all great for its price for sure, and of course the seats is one of the
things I really consider when I want to travel and the travel time will
long so for me to be comfortable the whole flight I need a seat that is
high quality and spacious for me to move around. I think this premium
economy class is great investment for every aircrafts to have because
it brings more comfort for people who more loves to have a quiet
flight than the typical economy class.

When traveling we can’t avoid essentials that we tend to forgot and

some important things that we forgot to bring so it is advisable for us
to have this essential kit or a one specific travel kit that has all the
important things we need to carry or essentials that we need
throughout the flight so we can be comfortable and enjoy the flight. In
the video he shows the things or essentials that he brings whenever he
fly to another country, he shows some of the amenities that is given to
him from his previous flights which he can still use so he brings it and
put it his kit. In his kit all the important things are there, therefore he
will not be confused where he put it when he needed it. Hence, I can
totally agree and I will be thankfully take him as great example model
for travelers who tend to forgot things because by having a kit like
him you can easily know where are your things are. Therefore, having
your own essential kit reduces any unnecessary problems throughout
your whole flight and travel and it increase convenience and makes
you enjoy your whole flight and travel not making you over think if
there is something you forgot.
