PART I : SELF -REFLECTION

Teaching is not easy; patience, creativity, and confidence are a must. As an aspiring educator, I
have strengths that motivate me to continue this course and weaknesses that I need to improve. Every day
is challenging for me, and through hard work and dedication, I surpass it, and now I'm already in my fourth
year. During my 1st to 3rd year, it was not easy. I face a lot of challenges. Problems with my family could
really impact me. During vacation I use my time to tutor with my niece and it’s a great experience as well.
During my spare time, I sell ornamental plants to support my needs. I do part-time, all of these things could
help me grow. The strengths that I have are being friendly to the children, having patience, being
hospitable, dedicated, passionate, hardworking, and being accessible at any time. I have a passion for
learning. Since elementary, it has been my dream to become a teacher, and I am fulfilling my dream. One
of my weaknesses is I've spent a lot of time reflecting on myself as an aspiring educator. I only focus on
academics.

The area I need to improve as an aspiring educator is to not focus on one aspect only . I need to
balance my academics and other extra academic activities. I learned a lot of things, I should not make
things complicated, I should bare in mind that I know I can. Also, the best thing I learned is to be positive at
all times. I believe that all the experiences could help me grow and make me a better version of myself.
Choosing this course is a big challenge for me, and I accept this challenge.

Specific: Improve classroom management techniques to create a more focused and inclusive learning
environment.
Measurable: Minimize interruptions in the classroom
Achievable: Attend classroom management workshops, read relevant literature, and seek mentorship from
experienced educators to learn effective strategies.
Relevant: It is consistent with my goal to foster a climate in which each student feels appreciated,
respected, and inspired to learn.
Time-bound: Regularly assessing progress through observation and student feedback.

PART IV: REFLECTION AND EVALUATION

The challenges that anticipate my goals are the following: I’m soft hearted, lacking in support, and
emotionally unstable. My plan to overcome those challenges is to do more and make myself and my
relatives proud of me. I should continue whatever happens because this is the best gift that I could share
with myself that even though I face lots of obstacles, I know I can surpass them. I believe all of us face a lot
of difficulty “struggle now, success later”. The best impact I hope for in my professional growth is to be
proud of myself, no matter what. I should be strong and never give up.

My aim is to assess myself, contributing to a more equitable and enhanced educational experience
at all. This continuous learning can enhance my skills in teaching and keep me updated with the latest.
