This report provides an overview of the classroom preparation activities undertaken before the
commencement of the school year. Preparing classrooms effectively is crucial to create a
conducive learning environment for students and ensure the smooth functioning of educational
institutions. This report outlines the key tasks, responsibilities, and challenges involved in this
process. The preparation of classrooms before the school year is a vital part of ensuring a
successful educational experience for students. It involves various activities, including cleaning,
arranging furniture, setting up teaching aids, and ensuring safety measures are in place.
DAY 1 7:36AM - 5:17PM DECLUTTERING
UNNECESARRY
DECORATIONS
Volunteers, parents, and
students gathered to start the
Brigada. The whole team
removed all the unnecessary
decorations and posters and
also the oversized signages
with commercial content
were taken down, aligning
with the guidelines.
Volunteers demonstrated
their dedication as they
meticulously removed
distractions from classroom
walls. We ensured clean
schools by clearing
classrooms of unnecessary
materials, decorations, and
signage per the guidelines.

DAY 2 7:28AM - 4:32PM CLEANING,


MAINTENANCE AND
FURNITURE
ARRANGEMENT
Custodial staff are
responsible for cleaning
classrooms thoroughly,
including sanitizing all
surfaces. Repairs and
maintenance work are
scheduled to fix any issues
with the infrastructure, such
as broken desks or
malfunctioning lights.
Teachers and support staff
collaborate to arrange desks,
chairs, and other furniture in
a manner conducive to
learning and classroom
management. The unity was
palpable as we worked
together to create a clean and
pleasant learning

DAY 1
DECLUTTERING UNNECESARRY DECORATIONS
Volunteers, parents, and students gathered to start the Brigada. The whole team removed all the
unnecessary decorations and posters and also the oversized signages with commercial content
were taken down, aligning with the guidelines. Volunteers demonstrated their dedication as they
meticulously removed distractions from classroom walls. We ensured clean schools by clearing
classrooms of unnecessary materials, decorations, and signage per the guidelines.
DAY 2
CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND FURNITURE ARRANGEMENT
Custodial staff are responsible for cleaning classrooms thoroughly, including sanitizing all

DAY 3
DECORATION AND AMBIENCE
The involvement of volunteers, including parents, students, and community members, remained
steady on Day 3. This day, we helped each other paint the walls to make them look neater and
cleaner. We prepare bulletin boards with a welcoming display, class schedule, and important
announcements.
DAY 4
NURTURING GREENY AND SAFETY MEASURES
Volunteers and parents joined us to trimmed trees and watered plants. This engagement extended
beyond classrooms, reflecting a holistic commitment to the school environment. We also conduct
Safety inspections to ensure that first-aid kits, and emergency exits are accessible and
functional.

DAY 5
STORAGE AND ORGANIZATION
With the enthusiasm of volunteers, including parents and students, continued to contribute to our
cause. This day, we Label storage bins and shelves for easy access to supplies and student
materials. We also installed a water dispenser, electric fans and curtains on the windows.
DAY 6
CURRICULUM PLANNING
On the final day. I finalized their curriculum and my lesson plans, ensuring they are aligned with
educational standards and goals. I also organized the classroom materials to support instructional
activities. A welcoming and organized classroom can contribute to a successful and productive
learning environment.
