1. For Built-to Print (BTP) projects - Receive the Project -
Production files (BOM/Drawings/Procedures etc.) Leader
from customer
2. For Built-to Spec (BTS) projects - Receive the Project -
Production files (BOM/Drawings/Procedures etc.) Leader
from Design & Dev dept.
3. On the basis of Purchase order received from Commercial -
Customer, Sales order is created in SAP. / BD
4. Based on the details provided by customer/D&D, Engineering DB-ENGG-F-05
BOM is created.
5. PRs are generated for RM/bought out items for Production -
making items/Assemblies. Incharge
6. Production Order is raised in SAP. Purchase/ DB-PRD-F-05
Material Issue slip is made for the items to get Store In
issued from store to Production locations. charge
7. Material w.r.t Requisition is issued to production. Store In

8. As per production schedule given in Sales Order, Production DB/PRD/F/02
