A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE SANGGUNIANG BAYAN TO AUTHORIZE
BARANGAY BALUD DEL SUR THE UTILIZATION OF THE MUNICIPAL OWNED LOT
LOCATED IN BARANGAY BALUD DEL SUR with Lot 006, under AP No. 2022-07-0004-
00173 FOR THE “CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE CANAL WITH COVER” UNDER
KALAHI CIDSS-NCDDP AF.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Balud del Sur is one of the prioritized Barangays in the
Municipality of Gubat under KALAHI CIDSS-NCDDP AF;

WHEREAS; for Phase-2 implementation of KALAHI CIDSS-NCDDP AF, the identified sub-
project based on the top priority issue and concern deliberated and approved during RDANA
revisit is the “Construction of Drainage Canal with Cover”;

WHEREAS; the sub-project “Construction of Drainage Canal with Cover” will be

constructed in the portion of the municipal-owned lot (previously owned by Abaca Corp. of
the Phil.) with Lot 006, under AP No. 2022-07-0004-00173;

WHEREAS; it is imperative that in the implementation of the KALAHI CIDSS-NCDDP AF

Phase 2, the sub-project “Construction of Drainage Canal with Cover” should be
constructed in Barangay Balud del Sur;

NOW THEREFORE, on unanimous motion of the members, be it RESOLVED, as it is

HEREBY RESOLVED to request the Sangguniang Bayan to authorize Barangay Balud
del Sur the utilization of municipal-owned lot with Lot 006, under AP No. 2022-07-
0004-00173 for the sub-project “Construction of Drainage Canal with Cover” under
KALAHI CIDSS-NCDDP AF Phase 2;

RESOLVED FURTHER that the copy of this resolution be furnished for further verification

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
