STUDENTS

CHAPTER 1.

INTRODUCTION:

Babies born to teen mother's are at Increased risk of developing physical,Social, and cognitive problems
and Deficiencies. for preterm labor and Premature childbirth. They are also at increased risk of
pregnancy Complications, infant physical, disability, And low birth weight. Additional of the Teenage
pregnancy resources report inThat 2021 are estimated 1,150 pregnancy test were administered by their
organisation.Teenagers received 570 of these test.An increased of 170 additional tests was given to
teens in 2021 than the previous year.

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY:

Adolescent pregnancies are a global issues but must often occur in poorer and marginalised
communities. many girls face considerable pressure to many early and become mother's while they are
still children themselves.

Teenage pregnancy increases when girls are denied the right to make decisions about their sexual and
reproductive health and well-being.

STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:

As the study would conclude using limited sample from the entire population, therefore we assume that
the provided sample would provide us with an neutral. Overview of the entire population and therefore
our analysis and study would be applicable on the entire district.

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY:

The study will be conducted to find out of the extent of how extreme is the effect of the major causes of
Teenage pregnancy to the educational development of students and out-of-school youth. The research
of the study is beneficial to students and out-of-school youth, to there parent's, teachers, to the
community, school administrators, researchers and other interested

METHODOLOGY:

A methodology shall be used on the sample population of high schools in the area the primary and
secondary research method shall be used in order to gain a complete insight into the issue.primary
research shall involved questionnaire and semi-formal interview with teens in high school.

CHAPTER 2.
REVIEW RELATED LITERATURE (RRL):

The study will also benefit students who still are at school because it will give them information about
the cause and possible effects once they got pregnant.the results of this study is beneficial to students
and out-of-school youth, to the parents, teachers,to the community, school administrators researchers
and other interested individuals because this can serve as empirical data where suggestion of minimizing
of Teenage pregnancy in the community can be taken. In one way or in another this paper will guide
them to focus first their attention to their more about teenage pregnancy effects on their educational
developments.

QUESTIONNAIRE:

1. What is the demographic profile in terms of age, age status, type of school attended and economic
background of the respondents.

2. What are the causes of Teenage pregnancy among the students and out-of-school.

ANSWERED:

1. There is no significant difference on the educational development of Teenage pregnancy when


grouped of Teenage pregnancy when grouped according to age educational attainment, status, type of
school attended, and economic background.

2. The causes of Teenage pregnancy has no significant effect on the educational development of
students and out-of-school.

CHAPTER 3.

SAMPLING TECHNIC:

Systematic sampling technique was used to select a total of 578 students from four schools of the town.
Data were collected by trained data collectors using a pre-tested, self-administered structured
questionnaire. Analysis was made using SPSS version 20.0 statistical packages.

DATA ANALYSIS:

There are one million teenage mother's are statistics should 13% of them and 2% are intended and 11%
are not intended 0% are of the pages between 11 to 13 years old 5% between 14 to 17 years old from
the above of 13% only a pottery 1.5% are able to enter senior high school, whiles most of them get
pregnant before entering junior high school it is empirical to note that only 2% are able to enroll into
junior high school from the figure of 1.5% that enters senior high school only 0.5% are able to complete.
This can be adduced from the fact that the most of those who are not able to complete either get
pregnant in their teens and could not carry on with their education.

DATA COLLECTION:

abortion rates. the majority an estimated 58 percent of pregnancies to adolescent females ages 15-17
ended in a birth and 28 percent ended in an abortion; for teens ages 18-19, 62 percent of pregnancies
ended in a birth.

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Nutrition is essential for a healthy teen pregnancy, so here is some helpful information about eating for
a healthy mother, pregnancy, and baby: nutrition during pregnancy essential vitamins, nutrients, and
minerals for pregnancy prenatal vitamins foods to avoid staying hydrated.

RESULTS:

Girls ranging from 15 to 19 experienced postpartum depression at a rate that was twice as high as

CONCLUSION:

In order to create a true solutions to the problem of Teenage pregnancy , many different approaches
will need to be combined and created. Teen pregnancy had definitely become a social problems.
