2. Occurrence situation

14:30 Roling team inform mechanic any missroll at stand 16-17 and told to check looper 4

14:35 we checked looper 4 and test run

14:40 we found looper cylinder not down full, because piston and rod loosen.

14:45 mechanic team change cylinder looper

16:00 mechanic team finish change cylinder and test run ok

16:06 production start

3. Cause of trouble
* Missroll at dellivery stand 16 because rod Looper kicker no. 4 was loose
* Causes of rod loosen is under investigation.

Cylinder not Lock rod was

down full loosen

4. Measure of trouble
1 Change cylinder Looper

Next Countermeasure
* Attach Loctite for Tightening Lock Rod Piston
