Our plan is to organize a bazaar of clothes (used or new) that
are in good condition so that people can come buy their
favorite clothes and at the same time donate to charity.

To find donors we will take care of making the bazaar and
promotion as attractive as possible so that people are
interested in participating in this charity. We will also be

(used or with manufacturing defects) in good condition to sell
them here and generate more profit.

We will offer donors to collaborate in a bazaar with a big but
not impossible goal. The clothing bazaar will be a great idea to
contribute to donations.

BAZAAR’S NAME
Our bazaar will be called "Sara"

SARA
We chose this name to represent our group leader, but also alluding to the Zara brand,
demonstrating that clothing stores can have the same name and have the same quality of
clothing at different prices, some more accessible than others.
Goal
Our goal is to reach 10,000 dollars in 2 weeks. Our first
days generated around 1000 dollars. Our maximum goal
in this case would be 20,000 dollars in one month.

OUR GOAL IS TO EXCEED THE GOAL SET SOONER THAN EXPECTED, OTHERWISE THE GOAL WILL BE REDUCED BY 10%
After The Event
DID WE REACH OUR GOAL?
Fortunately we managed to reach our goal in the established time, however the organization and logistics
of the event consumed much more expenses than expected.

HOW ARE WE GOING TO ADMINISTRATE THE FOUNDS?


Most of the money earned will go to charitable foundations in different parts of Mexico, while a small
part will be distributed among the donors who decided to collaborate in this event. Giving a sum of
15,000 dollars to donate.
8,000 dollars will go to collection centers for
Acapulco, Guerrero, after the strong hurricane
