    This pertains to the notice received from the Office of the Salug MLGOO and
    advised to bring with me the original copy and a photocopy of the Certificate of
    Proclamation issued by COMELEC, Oath of Office as Elected SK Chairperson, and
    the Certificate of Completion/Attendance/Participation of SK Mandatory Training, for
    the incoming Pambayang Pederasyon Orientation and Election ng mga
    Sangguniang Kabataan, to be held on November 13, 2023 and held at PRRD
    Building, Poblacion, Salug Zamboanga del Norte.

    In this connection, as newly elected SK Chairperson of Barangay Caracol of this


    Municipality, the undersigned respectfully request your good office to furnish me a
    copy of original CERTIFICATION OF PROCLAIMATION OF WINNING
    CANDIDATES FOR SK CHAIRMAN for the said purpose.
