SWEET BREAD

- 240 ml apa
- 2 oua
- ½ masura mica sare
- ½ zahar
- 1 ½ masuri mari ulei
- 3 cupe faina alba
- 2 ½ masuri mari lapte
- 1 drojdie uscata

Program 3, 900 g

CAKE

- 4 oua
- 80 ml lapte
- 1 masura mare unt topit
- ½ masura mica sare
- 2 ½ masura mare zahar brun
- 3 ¾ cupe faina alba
- 1 ½ masura mica bitartrat de potasiu
- ½ masura mica bicarbonate de sodium
- 2 masuri mari drojdie uscata
Mai intai se bat ouale, apoi se adauga si celelalte ingrediente

- ½ masura mica sare
