LEGASPI, LOUIE O. LEGASPI and JOHN PAUL O. LEGASPI, all of legal ages,
Filipinos, and residents of Davao City, Philippines, do hereby declare:

1. That FELICIANO S. LEGASPI and TITA M. OLORVIDA, were legally

married and begot by reason of said union, LEO O. LEGASPI, ALAN O. LEGASPI,
LOUIE O. LEGASPI and JOHN PAUL O. LEGASPI, all of them are legitimate
children;

2. That our mother TITA M. OLORVIDA died on _____________ at

______________, Philippines, and that at the time of her death, she was survived
by her husband FELICIANO S. LEGASPI and all the above-named legitimate
children.

3. That we can declare in good faith that we are the surviving compulsory heirs
of the late TITA M. OLORVIDA LEGASPI;
