1.0 目的 Purpose
本程序規定了管理階層對< General Enterprises Garment Co., Ltd >環境管理系統進行定期
審查和評估的流程，以確保其持續的適宜性、充分性和有效性。
This procedure defines the process for the periodic review and evaluation of the
< General Enterprises Garment Co., Ltd > environmental management system by
Management to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.

This procedure applies to operations of < General Enterprises Garment Co., Ltd > that
have related environmental aspects

Representative (EMR) summarizes organizes management review meetings.

高階管理人員將出席管理評審會議。Top Management will attend Management Review

meetings.

5.0 程式 Procedure

5.1設施/工廠經理、EMR 和設施/工廠管理團隊應每年至少對環境管理系統進行
一次審查 The Facility/Plant Manager, EMR and Facility/Plant Management Team
shall conduct a review of the environmental management system at least one each
year.

agenda issued to ensure appropriate preparation and attendance.

The Top Management shall review and assess the continual suitability, adequacy and
effectiveness of the EMS by examining the “Key Characteristics” of the EMS

discussed and corrective and preventive actions to be taken.
