Overview of Human Movement

Enhancing movement. teaches the benefits of human movement to the health and well-being of the
body. It is a manual that explains how to carry out numerous exercises with a foundation of
knowledge.
"Building the capacity of the participants to deliver the said course effectively" is one of the
Movement Enhancement's goals.
A man's primary activity is movement. Our movement begins during conception and ends with death.
Baby's earliest womb motions are QUICKENING. (Quickening, which can take the shape of light kicks,
flutters, swishes, or rolls, usually begins between the 16th and 24th week of pregnancy and also
signifies that the baby is healthy and alive.)
At Birth: Tonic Neck Reflexes; Arm and Leg Flexing/Stretching; Sucking
(A Few Months Later) Tumble Childhood: Wider range, more complex coordination, and endurance.
They become more conscious of the need to modify their actions in response to the circumstances,
settings, activities, and people they come across.

Adulthood Needs more complicated, BUT more ACCURATE and PRECISE motor skills for daily tasks.
The foundation of physical education is physical development and movement, which involves learning
and practicing a variety of basic to complex movement skills that will enhance a student's motor and
mental skills, self-confidence, self-awareness, and personality in general, all of which are necessary for
leading a healthy lifestyle.
