PERSONALITY
I am Denis Ubaa Paul Umol, a south Sudanese national. I am 26 years of age. I am a discipline
young man towards good productivity. I love working in a group and never complain when
assigned a work alone. My aim in every task is to make sure there is highly expected
outcome. I can work for the benefits of the organization and the people it serve at my full
capability. I am very much happy when I am assigned in the field because I like and love to
learn so that I become one day, a change to problems people look into them for solutions.

Nevertheless, I don’t disappoint my bosses for any assignment even if it’s out of my time but
I always find for myself time to solve the problems.

EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

 2020 to 2022, holding an implant letter for the intensive program for the award of a
Diploma in computer IT and Secretariate in Don Bosco Vocational Training Centre.
 From 15th Oct. 2020 to 15th.Apr.2021 awarded a certificate in networking and CCTV
system
 In the year 2019 to 2020 I completed a course in computer basics i.e Microsoft packages
like Ms word, Ms access, Ms Exel, Ms ppt, Ms publisher and typing, internet and Email,
communication skills and safety and Health.
 From 2016 to 2019 I completed my south sudan secondary school certificate in Don
Bosco Secondary School.
 From 2008 to 2015, I sat for my south sudan primary school certificate.

 In 2019 I was Awarded a certificate of appreciation for commitment in GBV club in Don
Bosco Secondary School.
 Awarded a certificate of leadership for leading one of the groups in the school in 2019 in
Don Bosco Secondary School.
 Awarded a certificate of leadership for being the assistant head boy of the school in
2018 in Don Bosco Secondary School.
 In 2018, I was awarded a certificate of participation in the peace building project (peace
garden) by the UNMIS in Don Bosco Secondary School.
 In 2018, I was awarded a certificate of a two weeks music training in St. Vincent De Paul
Parish – Gumbo

WORK EXPERIENCE
 From 2020 to date, I work for ICAP as contract tracer and Community Health Worker.

My duties as contract tracer are, to follow the contacts of a Covid-19 case in home
isolation for the period of about 14 days while monitory their health status at daily basis
and report the data clerk team daily and aware the community about covid -19 signs
and and symptoms and it’s preventions.

My duties as Community Health Worker are, to follow up mild covid-19 cases at home
isolation, listing their contacts and monitoring the case’s health daily using an infrared
thermometer for temperature measurement and a device called pulse oximetery for
measurement of oxygen level in the blood, respiratory rate and the heart rate.

 From 2020 to date, I works Don Bosco Primary School as a teacher.

My duties;

 2021 (currently) I am teaching as a subject teacher
