LEARNING RECOVERY CONTINUITY PLAN
(BE - LRCP)
SY 2022-2023

INTRODUCTION

As we continue to face and fight this pandemic, Perez Central Elementary School
supports the Department of Education in addressing the challenges in delivering basic
education to the learners through the Learning Recovery Continuity Plan. This plan is the
DepEd response which aims to continue education amidst the crisis for the school year
2022-2023 with the assurance of the learners’ and other school personnel’s health, safety
and well-being. Likewise, it also reflects how the school will hold classes and its mode of
delivery of education to the learners in the upcoming school year.
With the DepEd guidelines as a steering manual PCES school head and teachers
devised this learning recovery continuity plan to employ continuous delivery of education
safeguarding health, safety and well-being of the learners and the school personnel this
school year with a new environment set up the New Normal.

SUCCESSES OF BE-LCP 2021-2022

SAFE OPERATIONS
 100% implemented the distribution and retrieval of modules to the parents at
scheduled date and time.
 100% of parents responded on how they could help their children particularly
reading and numeracy.
 Adoption and support of the parents and the community on the new learning
modality that the school is adopting achieved.
 Support of Internal and external stakeholders is prevalent with regards
to the opening of limited face to face classes during the fourth quarter.
 Brigada Eskwela, BE plus and brigada pagbasa is a successful
undertakings during the SY.
 No cases of COVID 19 were recorded during the SY.

WELL-BEING AND PROTECTION

 The parents/guardians followed proper health protocol upon entering to the


school premises during the distribution and retrieval of modules.
 Implemented the disinfection of the school every Friday for the safety of
teaching, non-teaching personnel and the community.
 Teaching and Non Teaching employees are 100% fully vaccinated and
some employees has booster already for protection.

FOCUS ON LEARNING

 Positive attitude of the learners towards the changes in the teaching


engagement
 Learners’ initiative to answer the modules, activity sheets/worksheets and
assessment given by the teachers achieved and implemented.
 The learners exerted collaborative efforts for effective implementation of the
Modular Distance Learning during the 1st up to 3rd grading period.
 Teachers are equipped and capacitated with the skills/competencies needed
for the adaption of the new set-up of teaching instructions.
 Teachers monitored and followed up the learners at home following proper
health protocol in response to the Project MATA- Monitoring And Technical
Assistance and Project Hatid Basa at Bilang Para sa Masa.
 Progressive limited face to face classes were implemented during the 4 th
quarter of the SY.
REACHING THE MOST MARGINALIZED

 Teachers provided remedial instructions to address academic


performance and gaps to the learners at risk of dropping out
(LARDO).
 Teachers initiated remedial instructions to the non-readers, non-
numerates and slow learners.
 0 % drop out of learners for the SY 2021-2022.

EDUCATION FINANCING

 School partners donated Php 747,248.00 cash and in kind more than 33%
from the target donations for the printing of modules and other school
needed for the school year 2021-2022.
 Financial assistance for the printing and photocopying of the learning
materials and in the reproduction of printed materials made possible
through the school’s MOOE, SEF, PTA fund and school partners.
 Project Pader Season two had materials for the safety of the learners.
SCHOOL MODALITY

The school will offer face to face classes where teacher takes the responsibility of monitoring
the progress of the learners. The learners and stakeholders will continue observing physical
distancing and following the health protocols inside the classroom and the school premises
as well.

fetch them during lunch break and

F. SLMs will be collected weekly to be checked and returned to the learners after
recording the results.
G. To monitor learner’s progress the teacher will conduct Project MATA- Monitoring and
Technical Assistance to the learners.
H. Everybody is responsible to follow proper health protocols during the distributions
and retrieval of SLMs during the 1st to 3rd quarter.
