paraphernalia based on the task requirements.
B. INTRODUCTION
1. Review
What is SWOT analysis? And how the result will
help you come up with new business venture
on your own?
How should we communicate with front office
personnel?
2. Motivation
Students will be playing a game where they
will guess what the representative is drawing
on the board. The representative will draw the
assigned tools, equipment, or paraphernalia
and the rest of the group members will guess
it.
C. INTERACTION
1. Development of Knowledge
The Front Office Services belong to the Front
Office Department in an institution like a hotel.
This is the control center of the hotel which
helps provide 24 hours service in handling and
serving of all the guests’ needs. The front office
services handle the flow of communication
from the client to the other departments of the
hotel. The front office department is directly
connected to the guest, from the instructions
and directions for the care and services of the
guest to the final billing and settlement.
2. Exploration
Activity 1: Seatwork - Identify the following of
