B. INTRODUCTION
1. Review
What are the important tools, equipment, and
paraphernalia used in Front Office Services?
How will you make the contact between client
and Front Office Department easier and
smooth flowing?
2. Motivation
Students will identify the pictures using the
words seen on the given table.
C. INTERACTION
1. Development of Knowledge
The front office is one of the most important
parts of any building and company. It serves as
the first place where clients communicate to
book and buy services from the institution or
company. Front office receives and welcomes
guests on their arrival. They assist in the
registration and the needs of the guests. They
also communicate to other departments to
help assist the guest. Front office staffs are
important to help create a good image to the
guests. The front office should be well-lighted,
well-ventilated, presentable, and the guests
should be comfortable while waiting for their
turn.
2. Exploration
Activity 1: Seatwork – students will answer the
given essay questions.
D. INTEGRATION
Students will perform role-playing activity.
They will portray different Front Office
personnel and act how will they provide the
best service they can give to their
client/customer
