BCPC Recommended Resolution No. 003-2019

“EXPANSION OF BCPC MEMBERS”

The presiding officer present to the body for consideration and appropriate action the need to
adopt and recommend the resolution to expand the BCPC Survival Committee of Barangay Kampung
Islam stated that; Children 0-2 should have complete immunization.

After due deliberation and consideration on motion by member Mubin M. Amsan and duly
seconded by Nader M. Jalani, it was;

RESOLVED, as it hereby to approve the recommended resolution to expand the BCPC Survival
Committee of Barangay Kampung Islam stated that; “Children 0-2 should have complete immunization.”

Carried unanimously.
