2017-114 Dated August 30,2017.

WHEREAS: Republic Act 9262 and JMC 2010-2 dated December 9, 2010 Establishment of a
VAW desk in Every Barangay.;

Whereas: DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2002-121 Enjoins the Organization of the Barangay
Council for the Protection of Children.
WHEREAS: The SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF KAMPUNG ISLAM, Is committed to uphold the
Children's and women Rights Protection and shall Pursue Programs and Mechanisms to
Ensure the Protection of the Women and Children against in any Abuses.
