ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER 2023

A. PUPIL DEVELOPMENT

 Three Grade 8 students attended the 7th Division Rizal Youth Leadership Institute with the theme
"Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow."
 Four learners received the top scorer award for achieving the highest scores in different subjects during
the 1st periodic exam.
 All eighth-grade students enthusiastically participated in a diverse array of sports activities during the
much-anticipated School Intramurals 2023.
 Krizchena Zusane Baliao a grade 8 student won the title Ms. Sportfest 2023 during the School
Intramurals 2023.
 Christan Dyor Villafranca a grade 8 student being the champion in Chess Board during the Area 1
Athletic Meet.

B. TEACHER DEVELOPMENT

 Attended staff meeting to be updated.

 Attended the National Teacher’s Day celebration.
 Prepared lesson plans and checked by the school head.
 Helped in the preparation of Mr. and Ms UN 2023
 Served as a Tabulator during the Mr. and Ms. Sportfest 2023.

C. CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT

 Prepared instructional materials needed to facilitate the teaching-learning process.

 Downloaded MELCs and Self Learning Kit.

D. PHYSICAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT

 Maintained cleanliness and orderliness inside and outside the classroom.

E. COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP

 The parents took the initiative to procure comfort room cleaning materials.
