Responsibilities:
Analyze & calculate HPP purchases from suppliers to warehouses
Analyzing (having knowledge of) harvest seasons and crop failures, which will affect prices and
market demand
Able to educate suppliers and teams regarding product quality standards
Able to develop sales product strategy and encourage to increase company revenue
Able to manage delivery (supply management) to achieve inbound time targets, quality
targets and supply efficiency
Able to provide input and think strategically for the development of target market growth
Able to do internal and external problem solving between divisions effectively

Requirements:

Sharing knowledge and educate Farmers in relation with agronomy, company’s regulation, business, terms of payment,
specification book, etc.
Oversee for the warehouse operation, which includes inbound, outbound, inventory processes, make sure the operation runs
smoothly and follow SOP
Oversee the warehouse requirements planning and development efficiently, which includes manpower, equipment, logistic, etc.
Maintain good relationship with Farmers and other related stakeholders as well as external parties to make sure the operation
runs smoothly
Overview and develop SOP and Specification book if required
Conduct evaluation of the warehouse overall operation, which includes working efficiency of the team, output productivity,
issues and concerns with strategic doable recommendations
Make sure routine update stock list / stock opname happen
Oversee subordinates works on the site, make sure they follow SOP and zero fraud
