Report (20%)

1. Choose any topics in Human Resource Management.
2. Develop your own company.
3. Write a report of the human resource management issues in your company
(minimum of 2000 words).
The report may include:

5. Company background
6. Organizational Structure
7. Vision, mission
8. Goal
9. Describe the human resource problems/issues in your company.
10. How do you solve the problem (Provide solutions)
11. How do you manage the company in terms of human resource management.
12. Any theory that you use in managing the issues.
13. Include any other additional points related to human resource management.

Task 2
Group Presentation (10%)
1. Slide presentation (maximum 40 minutes per group)
2. All group members should present.
Instruction of Written Report
1. The submission of the written report is on the last day of class.
2. Please use the standardized UKM-GSB cover page.
3. You may put the pictures of your group discussion photo inside your report (appendix)
4. Please use Times New Roman font - 12, 1.5 spacing with 2.5 margin on all sides.
5. Citation and references must follow APA (American Psychological Association) style.
6. Please submit the report online via UKMFolio. Please make sure you use your Group no. and the
name of the assignment (e.g., Group X - Group Assignment) as the name of your file for
submission. Only the group leader needs to submit the assignment.
7. All submissions must be in PDF format.

Instruction of Presentation
You are to prepare a presentation for this group assignment on the last day of class. All members
of the group are expected to be present.

Warning:
If plagiarism is detected, marks would be deducted as follows:
• Assignments with 10 - 30 % overlap with others: 20% deduction from the total marks scored.
• Assignments with 31 - 50 % overlap with others: 40% deduction from the total marks scored.
• Assignments with more than 50% overlap with others: Zero mark would be given.
