1.Establishment of HR policies; Participate in the formulation of employee handbook, labor


contract, policies on employee attendance, performance, salary and welfare etc.
2.Recruitment and onboarding of new hires; responsible for the recruitment process – review an
shortlisted resumes, schedule interviews, facilitate pre-employment screening checks. Support
the effective onboarding of new hires.
3.Keep track of staff confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment, Contract renewal, etc., and
preparation of related letters.
4.Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave, benefits,
compensation and claims, and resolve any issues that may arise.
5.Help to organize events and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement and
develop a positive and cohesive culture.
6.Employee Off-boarding; assist in off-boarding of leavers.
3.Assist in Work Pass application, renewal, and cancellation.
7.Preparation of HR reports for Quarterly Management meetings.
8.Other admin tasks and ad hoc duties as and when assigned by superiors.
1. Familiar with labour act, regulations, labour market trend and practice in Malaysia;
2. Have good language expression and communication skills;
3. Ability to work independently, quick thinking, strong coordination skills, sense of responsibilit
and team spirit;
4. Active and careful work, strong resistance to pressure, good attitude, able to bear hardships
and stand hard work

Bachler degree and above


English, Malay, Mandarin
1.Experience with equipment or construction company preferred.
2.Experience in administration preferred.
3.Experience with other Southeast Asia countries preferred.
