Olá prezados. Registro aqui não conformidade ocorrida na fábrica de torres em Lagoa do Barro-PI, projeto Feijão.

No dia 26/10/2023 nossa equipe de suprimentos nos passou informações acerca de um cabo perdido no processo transporte até a fábrica cuja descrição é
1kV 1x95mm² Al Øhilo>1,7mm LIGHTING SYSTEM CABLE e código AW 1032459.

Este material deve ser reposto o mais breve para que não sejamos afetados e os custos imputados ao causante, neste caso o operador logístico.

Em anexo temos o comprovante de saída do material da Nortel assinado pelo motorista e nota fiscal correspondente.
