1 – DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION

OF THE NON CONFORMITY : 3 – CORRECTIVE ACTION VERIFIED (i.e. NCR closed)
During our survey today 24/11/2022 at the occurrence
The time it was noted that Petrojet shipped the subject
items(3C22,3C30,5C36) without final visual inspection
as well as the shipping process occurred when the paint
was not dry to handle and was still tacky which it's not
able to be handled or checked the thickness of the full
paint system as per data sheet, this is not acceptable as
per paint procedure PTJ-HLP-PCD-s-sss-002 item 7 as
well as PTJ-HLP-ITP-s-sss-001 item 6.6 and 6.8

Comments
Paint shall be cured to check DFT and dry to handle
before any process for shipping see attached photo 1
