Greetings and peace to you!

We would like to request for your approval of the proposed renovation and extension of the existing 2-storey
Novitiate building located at Brgy. San Jose, Tagaytay City. Stated below are the detailed information on this
structure:

Owner : Franciscan Missionaries of Mary

Structure Type : Reinforced Concrete Building with Light Steel Roof
Renovation Floor Area : 320 sq. meters
Extension (New Area) : 220 sq. meters
Location : Brgy. San Jose Tagaytay City, Cavite
Purpose : To house and be a training ground for the 25 religious of
the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary including the
novices, sisters, and staff.

We are also proud to introduce that this residential structure is set to be a “Green Building” as we will be
implementing energy-saving and environment-friendly measures which can improve the quality of life within
and in the nearby areas.

The existing building has a rainwater that can be used for gardening. We would like to increase the capacity of
this rainwater tank to minimize the water consumption of the residence and aid the environment especially in
the long run. Secondly, solar panels shall be installed on the roof. This will help in lowering the electricity bills
and reduce the carbon emissions and other pollution at the same time.

We have included on the following pages the site development plan and building elevation view showing the
location of the extension part which is at the back of the property. Please refer to the fig. 1 at page 3 of this
letter for the location of the building extension.

We look forward to receiving your approval to proceed with the renovation and extension of our home.
