· That all construction/ equipment/electrical installation works as required by the agreed to Scope of works (SOW) have been installed at the above mentioned site and that these
are in fully functional condition.
· That all works are completed according to OCK YANGON Specifications, Practice and Specific Requirements.

· That a comprehensive Preliminary Acceptance Test (PAT) has been conducted according to OCK YANGON standards.
. And all required documentation has been submitted (1 x hardcopy and 1 x soft copy)
· That all Major Snags/defects identified have been adequately addressed/cleared and that the remaining Minor Snags will be cleared within 14 calendar days of receiving this
certificate (PAC).

This Certificate is issued confirming

· That equipments as required by agreed to Scope of works (SOW) have been installed by the Vendor and that these are in functional condition.
· That works conducted by the Vendor have been completed satisfactory.
· That a Preliminary Acceptance Test (PAT) has been conducted.
· That the Vendor has provided evidence that all Major Snags identified during Acceptance Testing (PAT) have been addressed and that the remaining Minor Snags will be
cleared within 14 days of receiving this certificate (PAC).

· A Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) shall only be issued once OCK Yangon is satisfied that all remaining Minor Snags have been cleared and all correct As-Buit
documentation is received and approved, site is commssioned.

· OCK Yangon will conduct Audits to ensure that the integrity of information passed and status of actual site built meets the laid down Specifications, Practice and Specific
Requirements . Failure will result in the issuing of a Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) to be withheld until the necessary corrective action has been taken.
