company’s owners and seafood is the product it sells while the slogan -Fresh from the
jar- states that because the business sells its products online, the food is fresh from the jar.
The red, black, and yellow colors stand for classy; appetizing, quickness, warmth, and
happiness. Seafood is a popular dish to eat and many people love to eat it, especially
those who crave it. When someone hears seafoods they can hear the sea coming across
the shore, the taste of saltiness, and the freshness of the seafood. Because of this reason
we decided on a product of seafood in a jar inspired by people who want to do “seafood
mukbangs”. Since not everyone can afford the right price and recipe for seafood, we
decided to make affordable seafood in a jar that has a beautiful taste in it that fits right
into their mouth. " In determining our potential customers, we start by analyzing and
thinking about our customers' needs, wants, expectations, behavior, and interests.
Everyone in this world loves food, especially when it is shared with family and friends.
Our product is mixed seafood in garlic butter sauce one of the most enjoyed and loved
seafood dishes with amazing taste that never fails to wow food lovers. One of the best
qualities we've observed in our customers is their happiness and oneness whenever they
are sitting at one table eating yummy foods. BBFQV price per jar is P150 as the original
price for pickup, with delivery the price varies on how far the place is to be delivered
from. BBFQV seafood has a lot of competitors like Orange Cravings, Seafood-to-GO,
and the Murang Seafood Platter. Furthermore, BBFQV studied a lot of recipes to be
included in seafood in a jar, and what external and internal elements may affect the
company's performance and growth to transform weaknesses into strengths and
opportunities. In addition, BBFQV's goal is to deliver food that tastes as good as what
you'd get in a restaurant. It will provide a variety of flavors so that clients may select the
ones that best suit their tastes.

a detailed description of the special features of the product that we are going to offer in
the market. This also includes the business name and logo, the location of the business,
propose mission, vision, and objectives.

Seafood is a popular dish to eat and many people love to eat it, especially
those who crave it. When someone hears seafoods they can hear the sea coming
across the shore, the taste of saltiness, and the freshness of the seafood. Since it is
delicious to eat, many people started doing a “mukbang” for it. Seafood provides vital
nutrients needed for a person's health at any age as well as their wellness including

products, services or overall business operations, as well as the financial goals it desires

SMART goal technique where it gives a sense of direction and facilitates fulfillment.

These are the objectives of BBFQV SEAFOODS include the following:

 To increase market presence. In order to increase our reputation, boost target


markets and foster brand loyalty, as well as obtain core competencies, we will
market our retail business to prospective customers and create advertising
platforms.
 To raise customer base in the upcoming 3 months placing together targeted social
media ads for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn by posting fresh
content and greats reviews from our customers. We will implement effective
marketing strategies in order to gain more customers and build strong online
presence.
 To manage customer relations. We will provide our best services as possible by
delivering their purchases promptly and accommodate their concerns or

Chapter 2

MANAGEMENT AND ORGANIZATION STUDY

Management and Organization Study is a crucial part of starting a business.


Because this study will focus on how we are going to run the business through
management, it also talks about the organization's actions required to operate it
successfully. This chapter contains the Type of Business organization, Capital
Contribution, Organizational structure, Job Description and specification, compensation
scheme, hiring and recruitment procedure, orientation and training program, management
policies, employees' codes of conduct, and cases for disciplinary action for employees.

2.1 Business Organization Form

BBFQV SEAFOODS will be managed under the partnership form of the business
organization owned by five people. Since the partnership business is easier to form, the
start-up costs are reasonable. The partnership offers a lot of advantages in the business.
And the members have different advantages in contributions like money, equipment,
time, and effort. This partnership is bound by a written agreement between parties. The
agreement stated that the distribution of profit, loss, duties, and responsibilities of each
partner must be equal to avoid overused power or authority.

2.2 Capital Contribution

BBFQV SEAFOODS capital contribution through a partnership agreement was


P40,000.00 pesos for each partner with a total of P200,000.00. This will serve as a start-
up capital contribution for the production of products in the business.

2.4 Job Description and Specification

The description of this work outlines all of the duties and responsibilities that
comes with the given position of the company. The specification of the job's primary
goals, activities, and responsibilities is clear and precise in order to clarify the

The company will each employee a starting salary of Php150 to Php230 per day,
depending on their positions in the business. From the second to the third year, their
salary will increase by 8.697%, and it will also continue to increase by 12% for the fourth

The leaders who have access to applicant information or who are involved in the
hiring process for BBFQV SEAFOODS as well as all employees and contractors who

Job Description
For each position that needs to be filled, a job description that outlines the
essential duties and responsibilities of the position must be created. A job description

BBFQV SEAFOODS.

Person Specification
For each position that needs to be filled, a person specification must be made that
outlines the necessary and ideal education, training, background, skills, abilities, and
character traits. By doing this, it is ensured that prior to the start of the hiring process,
specific standards are agreed upon and used to evaluate each applicant. Regardless of
gender, age, creed, ethnicity, ethnic origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation,
membership in a minority group, or trade union membership, the criteria for personal

Recruitment & Selection

ability. Recruitment and selection of suitably qualified personnel will be made from the
broadest pool of candidates. Positions will be advertised externally, including in national

aforementioned factors, all job postings will be done in a way that encourages
applications from qualified candidates. If a position is upgraded or created but there isn't
a corresponding increase in the number of employees, competition may be restricted to

Application Procedure

than four weeks following the start date, an employment contract will be issued. When
the appointed person signs the job contract and starts the induction program and
probationary term, the recruitment and selection process is said to be complete.

Record Keeping
For each chosen candidate, a complete set of records will be retained. A set of
records will be preserved for each rejected candidate for a period of only one year, and

policy that every company uses is a Code of Conduct. Every business consists of various
departments, and Policy Management ensures that these departments abstain from
creating policies that may undermine others. Policy Management is also vital for risk
mitigation. Even well-intention employees can create risk by not being aware of proper
policies and procedures and how to stay in accordance. It also lays the foundation for

4. Attendance, vacation, and time-off policies

Employees are expected to be on time and regular in their attendance. This means
being at your workspace and ready to work at your scheduled time each day. You will be
given a 10-minute grace period after the start of your shift before you will be considered
tardy. Employees who are tardy on more than five occasions will be subject to
disciplinary action. Absenteeism and tardiness are burdensome to your co-workers and
leaders and will not be tolerated without just cause.
