Lesson aims:
 to teach pupils how to ask about their favourite toys.
 to give practice in describing .
Language practice: vocabulary related to describing their toys
Functions:
 asking/ answering questions;
 describing toys;
 expressing likes and dislikes.
Skills covered: listening, speaking
Assumed knowledge: Some pupils recognize words and simple structures.
Anticipated problems:
 some pupils could have problems in understanding words;
 some pupils could work slowly;
 some pupils won’t repeat after the teacher.
Materials:
 flashcards;
 handouts;
 computer.
