Discussed Site issues related to the observations

noted during the walkthrough regarding daily
housekeeping, hard barriers and signage
installation at appropriate areas fire extinguisher
conditions ,electrical cable and cable management
practice, drinking water condition, welfare facilities,
site HSE Communication hazards, risks and
control measures and best practices as per the
MiSK HSE Standards have been discussed and
highlighted to make the work safe and improve
safety performance at the workplace with initiatives
actions and proactive measures.

 Route to equipment was not barricade also not
assigned the flagman with the equipment to control
the neay by traffic in Phase 03.

Jerry can used to store the fuel kept close to the rest
shelter in the phase 01 also fuel stored in the cold drink
bottle in phase 4.
