2.5 mm as minimum (refer to air cooler specification)

1. Our material of tube is SS304L, according to the API661 Table 5, Minimum required wall thickness is 1.65mm.
2. Under the design pressure of 1 Mpa. The theoretical thickness is 0.16mm. So the thickness of 1.65mm is enough.

please confirm that each fan & driver are capable of delivering a minimum of 110% of the required air flow

1) As per the air cooler specification, detailed calculations of heat transfer, fouling factors and pressure drops shall be submitted
The detailed calculations shall include:
● All physical properties with the data reference source, for all fluids.
● Assumptions used.
● Detailed calculations stating all equations used.
2) Plase also attach the fan perofrmance characteristic curves.
