Dear Miss Evelynn,

I wish to complain about Breathable Lover Legging Pants for exercise and 4 full sets yoga
equipment that I purchased on 12th June at South Bay 125 Street.

I am complaining because it’s ripped on back and has a few stain at the bottom of pants. And
the dumbbell is not in good condition. It has a big scuff. I wish I had exchange with new ones.

When I first learned of this problem, I came back again at that store at the same day in the
evening, and at the store they didn’t have the stock for returning anymore. I will be notified
2x24 hours by email and chat to exchange with new ones, as long as I still have the receipt.
But, until 16th June, I didn’t receive any new information about that.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If I do not hear
from you within 2 days I will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and
consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. I may be contacted at the
