    J : First of all, thank you very much for giving me an opportunity to introduce my self. My
    name is jihan shavira I am basically from Bandung. I am a B com graduate. Now I am
    purchasing a magister from IKIP siliwangi. I have one years of experience in human
    resources. My father name is hery he is a teacher in senior high school. My mother is elah
    hayati she is a teacher at an elementary school. My hobby is reading books, listening
    music and traveling.

    J : My strength are I am a honest and brave, I am confident about my work

    kept : What is your weakness?

    J : My weaknesses is I will not feel comfortable if I am not completing the work within the
    given time

    kept : What are your career goals?

    J : My short term goal is to get a job in reputed company, where I can utilize my skills and
    improve my career path. My long term goal is to be in respectable position in that
    organization.
