1. Describe the inhibitors to communication demonstrated on the above scenario.

-In this scenario, we can see here the interference and poor listening skills, because john can quickly
turn his attention to other things and he is easily distracted, and here we can also see that john is a poor
listener because he does not listen to his fellow employees.

2. Provide suggestions to gill on how to become an effective leader.

-To john he needs to be active listener because active listening is an important part of communication
skill set because it encourages openness, honesty, and success. When you pay attention to your
conversation partner, you show that person they are being heard, thus building trust and making that
person feel like their words matter to you.
