ASISTENTE: I´m afraid he is not available. Can I take a message?

CLIENTE: Well, I´d like to arrange an appointment to see him please.

ASISTENTE: Could you hold on for a minute, Mr Jefferson. I´ll just look in the diary, Tuesday at
9:00 sounds good to me.

CLIENTE: Could it be Monday?

ASISTENTE: On Monday he would not be in the country, could it be Tuesday morning at 9:00?

CLIENTE: Sure, Tuesday at 9:00 sounds good to me, thank you.

ASISTENTE: perfect. Mr Brian. Can I have your telephone number and email address in case we
need to cancel or put off your meeting, please?

CLIENTE: certainly! It´s 660 456 889 and my email address is brian.ibm@gmail.com.

ASISTENTE: great, Mr Brian. Just to remind you, you´ve got an appointment next Tuesday at
9:00 in IBM corporation, Do you know the address?

CLIENTE: No. Could you please give it to me?

ASISTENTE: sure of course. It is 14 Santo Domingo, Madrid, Madrid. We are on the 2rd floor.

CLIENTE: that´s great. I´ve got it. Thank you four help.
