1 安装、使用本稀油润滑装置之前，请务必仔细阅读本《使用说明书》
Please read the manual carefully before installing and operating the equipment
2 油箱和电控柜外壳必须可靠接地，以确保操作者人身安全。
Oil box and the cover of electric control cabinet have to be grounded steadily to ensure the operators’ safty.

3 不得将带有 220V 及以上电压的电源线接入控制柜的信号回路，否则会烧坏 PLC。

Do not connect electric wire with 220v or above to the signal circuit of electric control cabinet, or it will
damage PLC.
4 使用环境与本《使用说明书》不符者，以《技术协议》为准。
If the operating condition is not in conformity with the manual, correspond to technical protocol.
5 有防爆要求时，以《技术协议》为准。
If there is a anti-explosion requirement, correspond to technical protocol.
6 “现场手动”通常用于调试或应急运行。此时，备用泵不能自动启动，加热器不能自动恒温，操作
人员不得离开现场。
Site manual is generally used in trial run or urgency condition, meanwhile, the spare pump can not be
started automatically, heater can not work for keeping constant temperature, operating personel can not
leave the workshop.
7 废油的回收和处理，应符合国家及其所在地有关环保的规定。
The waste lubricant should be conneted and treated according to the current rules and laws of the work site
country or region.
8 一般情况下, 本装置及电控柜不可露天安装使用, 若确需露天安装使用,请在订货时特别说明。
The equipment and electic control cabinet are not allowed to run in outdoor environment usually. if
outdoor operation is needed, please give your order with special description.
9 本说明书如有更改或变动, 恕不另行通知.
If there is a change or alteration in the manual, no another notice will be made.

1. 概述
1.1 XRZ 系列稀油润滑装置主要适用于冶金、建材、化工、矿山、电力等行业的机械设备的稀油循环润

滑系统中，向减速机、电机轴承等（以下简称主机）的磨擦部位强制供送润滑油，在相对运动的机器零

件之间形成油膜，减少零件的摩擦、磨损。同时对磨擦部位进行冲洗，带走摩擦产生的热量，保证机器

正常运转，延长机器寿命。

XRZ thin oil lubrication equipment is mainly applied to mechanical thin oil recycle lubrication system of

metallurgy,building material, petrochemistry,mineand power industries,which will supply lubricant to friction

sections of bearings of a decelerator and a motor forcefully. It can form a static-dynamic pressure film between

mechanical spares in a relative moving condition, meanwhile washing the friction sections, bring away the heat

produced by friction,ensuring the normal operation of the machine, reducing friction and damage ,extending

machine life.

1.2 本产品执行标准：JB/T 10465-2004。

The product standards excecuted:JB/T 10465-2004

1.3 工作介质为 N22～N320 极压工业齿轮油或其它机械润滑油。

Working medium is N22-N320 extreme pressure industry gear bearing lubricant and other oils.

1.6 使用环境条件及工作条件

Working envionment and conditions

1.6.1 海拔高度：≤1000m；
Altitude :1000m ≤1000m；
1.6.2 无震动、无腐蚀性气味、无明火、无爆炸的环境；
No vibration, no corrosive gas no explosive possibility
1.6.3 环境温度：
（0～40）℃；相对湿度：≤90%（25℃时）
；

Ambient temperature:(0-40) ℃; relative humidity less than 90% (at 25℃)

1.6.4 供电电源：50Hz, 波动≤1%；380V/220V/AC, 波动≤10%

Power supply : 50 HZ frequancy ≤1% 380v/220v/AC fluctuation scope≤10%

1.6.6 冷却水温度：≤30℃。

Cooling water temperature ≤30℃

1.6.7 冷却水压力： 0.2MPa～0.3MPa。

3.2 结构特点 Structure features

稀油润滑装置主要由油箱、加热器、油泵装置、油过滤器、换热器、回油磁过滤器、电控柜、管道、

阀门及仪器仪表组成，具有自动控制、安全报警等功能。工作时，油液由油泵从油箱中吸出，经油过滤

器进入换热器进行热交换后输送到润滑点进行润滑。根据润滑要求，可调节安全阀调整使用压力，当工

作压力超过安全阀的调定压力时，安全阀将自动打开，多余的油液流回油箱。

The thin oil equipment is mainly composed of a oil box,oil pumps,heat exchangers,magnetic oil return

filters,electric control cabinet,pipes,and valves. It is also equipped with filtering,cooling,and heating units and

safty interlock,automatic control and alarm.oil will be drawn ou from oil box by oil pumps and directly sent to

lubricated parts through filters and heat exchangers. The pressure can be adjusted by overflow valve according to

requirement. The overflow valve will automatically work and superfluous oil will flow back to oil box when

working pressure is higher than the regulated pressure.

3.2.1 油泵装置：
1 台工作，1 台备用，交替使用。交替时间不可超过 7 天，确保每台泵经常处于可工作状态，一旦工

作泵出现故障，立即切换，起动备用泵向系统供送润滑油，使供油不间断。

Pump equipment: It is equipped with two pumps, one works and the other is for spare.the two pumps work

alternately. Alternate period would not exceed 7 days in order to ensure the working state regularly. Once the

working pump is out of order, you should switch to the spare pump that supplies lubricant to the system without

stop.

3.2.2 油过滤器：
为保证稀油润滑装置工作的可靠性，油过滤器内部有两组滤芯，一组工作，一组备用，可不停机实

现任意切换。油过滤器装有差压发讯装置，当工作滤芯的压差达到一定值时，差压发讯装置就会发出报

警讯号，此时扳动转换阀使备用滤芯工作，即可取出原工作的滤芯进行清洗或更换。

Oil filter:oil filter is composed of two catridges to ensure operating reliability of thin oil lubrication

equipment. One catridge is working and the other is for spare, which realize free switch without stop. Oil filter is

equipped with pressure difference sensor that would sound alarm when the working catridge pressure difference

reaches the ste value. At the same time, push the switch valve to the spare catridge and the working catridge can

be pulled out and cleaned or replaced.

3.2.3 换热器：
板式换热器板片材质为 304 不锈钢，冷却水中氯离子的含量在 25℃时小于 100mg/L, 50℃时小于

75mg/L。

Note：Run cooler, plate structure,Plate material：304， chlorine ion content in cooling water: < 100mg/L at

25℃, < 75mg/L at 50℃。

当供油温度≥42℃时，可起动换热器，降低油温。

Heat exchanger: When oil supply temperature is above 42, heat exchanger can be started to reduce oil

temperature.

3.2.4 电加热器：

润滑油在低温时粘度较大，不利于油泵和油过滤器工作，装置运行中若油温低于 38℃，自动起动电

加热器对润滑油加热。

Electric heater: The lubricant is more stichy at low temperature, which is unfavourable to the working of oil

pumps and oil filters. Before starting of oil pump,if oil temperature is below 25, electric heater can be used to

heat lubricant.

3.2.5 回油磁过滤器：

为使油箱中油液清洁，回油口处装有磁过滤器，有效去除铁金属杂质。

Oil return magnetic filter: In oder to keep oil liquid clean in the oil box, magnetic filter mounted on the oil

return would get rid of the metal impurities effectively.

3.2.6 电控柜：
电控柜使低压油泵、加热器、仪器、仪表在运行中实现自动控制。两台低压油泵一备一用，加热器

控制油箱温度，仪器仪表对油系统进行监测和控制。

电控柜采用可编程序控制器实现自动控制、保护及故障报警功能，并具有与中控室连接的 DCS 接口

和与主机实现硬连锁的稀油润滑装置故障停主机接口。

Electric control cabinet : Electric control cabinet makes low pressure pumps ,heaters,instruments,gauges

automatically controlled. One of the two low pressure pumps is working, and the other is for spare. Heater

controls the temperature of oil box,while instruments and gauges supervises and control the oil system.

Electric control cabinet realise automatic control, protection and malfunction alarming by means of PLC.

There are DCS connecting the electric control cabinet and central control room, wires protecting hard interlock

from electric control cabinet to main machine , malfunction stop connection.

3.2.7 仪表

所有仪表均在线使用

压力表用于直接观察润滑油的出口压力和油泵出口压力，压力继电器或压力传感器用于监控油路

压力。

温度表用于观察出口处油的温度和油箱中油的温度，温度继电器或温度传感器监控供油温度及油

箱中油的温度。

液位计用于观察油箱液位，液位控制器控制油箱中最高、最低两点油位。

差压控制器监控油过滤器污染情况。

3.2.7 Instruments

◆ All the instruments are connected on the machine

◆ Pressure gauge is used to observe the outlet pressure of lubricant and oil pumps. Pressure relay or

pressure sensor is used to supervise the pressure of oil pipes.

◆ Thermometer is used to observe the oil outlet temperature and oil temperature in the oil box.

Temperature ralay or temperature sensor is used to supervise the oil supply temperature and oil

temperature in the oil box.

◆ Oil level gauge: is used to observe the oil level in the oil box. Oil level control is used to control the

max. and min. oil level

◆ Pressure difference controller supervise the polutions of oil filter.

3.2.8 控制方式
现场手动：用于调试或应急运行，此时备用泵不能自动启动，加热器不能自动恒温，操作人员不可离

开现场，以便随时观察运行情况和操作。

远方自动：用于日常运行。油泵选择开关必须置于“开 1 备 2”或“开 2 备 1”
。

Mode of control

Ite manual : It is generally used in trial run or urgency condition, the spare pump can not be started

automatically, heater can not work for keeping constant temperature automatically, operating persommel can not

leave the workshop site because constant observation and operation is needed.

Remote control: It is generally used in daily operation. Oil pump choose switch should be in the position of

“1 run 2 standby” or “2 run 1 standby”

4 开箱及检查

Package Dismantling,Check

4.1 开箱注意事项

开箱前，应认真检查外包装是否完好无损。如有损坏，收货方应及时通知承运方及本公司，各方人

员到场后再开箱检查，并对损坏情况拍照备查。

Notice

Before dismantling the packages, check whether outer packages are in good condition without damadge. If

ther is something damaged, the consignee should inform the delivery side and the company. Open the package

after after arrival of each side, and take photes of the damaged for reference.

4.2 开箱检查内容

产品的外观应完好无损。在外包装完好条件下，如有损坏，应及时通知本公司，以便派人到现场

参与分析、处理，并对损坏情况拍照备查。

◆ 按装箱单检查随机文件、部件及备件等是否齐全，并作好记录。

4.2 Contents of dismantling pachage

◆ The appearance of products should be intact. If there is something damaged, please notify us so that we can

send people to analyse , tackle and take photos for reference on the spot.

◆ Check the document, components, spare parts at random according to the package list and make a record.

5 安装、调试 Installation,Trial run

5.1 安装 Installation

5.1.1 吊装：油箱上设有四个吊耳，起吊时吊绳必须挂住吊耳平稳起吊（图 2），严禁与其它物件碰撞，

严禁倾倒。

Lifting: During lifting, the lifting rope can be threaded through the four lifting plugs on the oil box. It has to

be hoisted stably and any collision with other articles and forms of incling are strictly forbidden.

5.1.2 稀油润滑装置安装
稀油润滑装置为整体式结构，不需地脚紧固，只要平稳地安放在普通平整地面上即可，安放平稳后，

即可连接进出油管、回油管、换热器进出水管、排污管等。

注: 如需将稀油润滑装置放置于地坑内时，其地坑及其安装尺寸参照图 1 及表 1。

现场配管应做到横管水平、竖管垂直，排列整齐、一致。并应在适当位置加支架予以固定，防止

震动。

配制回油管线时，应保证其有 80/1000 的落差。

◆ 配管应先点焊牢后，取下施焊，彻底清除焊渣、毛刺，酸洗、磷化处理，外表涂漆，按配管位

置装配好管线。

Installation of thin oil lubrication equipment

XRZ thin oil equipment is a integral unit without the usage of grounding bolts, just move and place it

to the common ground, it may work properly. Movement can be done by lifting from the four hanging

lugs of oil tank with hanging rope though the lugs. Since the performance test has been done by the

manufacturer, then if it is stably placed, oil outlet pipe, water pipe, oil return pipe can be connected.

Notice:

If the thin oil lubrication system is placed in the underground pit, the dimensions of the pit refers to

drawing 1 and table 1.

Cross pipes and standpipe should be horizontal and vertical respectively in the course of tubing. And also

a bracket should be fixed in order to secure them and guard against vibration if necessary.

◆ When assembling the oil return pipes, keep a drop of 40/1000.

◆ After a firm spot welding, then disassemble, weld,clean the slag,wash with acid, Phosphatize,paint

appearance,assemble according to pipe position.

5.1.3 电控柜的安装
电控柜防护等级：IP44，应安装在防雨的位置(特殊要求除外)。按现场安装要求，将电控柜安

装到位。固定应牢固可靠，安装地脚尺寸见图 3。

引入电源进线，分别接到对应的端子上，联接牢固，接地线不能与零线联接在一起，一定要分

开联接。

电动机、加热器的接线：接线盒上的端子排号码应与电控柜端子排的号码一一对应，联接牢固，

线路联接完成，均应仔细核对，不得有误。

仪器仪表的接线：接线盒上的端子排号码与电控柜端子排的号码一一对应，联接牢固，线路联

接完成，均应仔细核对，不得有误。

电控柜与中控室的联接：去中控室的联线均为无源开关接线，可能号码不一致，应按所需功能

对应正确，联接牢固，不得乱接，否则在控制上可能出现控制错误，线路联接完成，均应仔细

核对，不得有误。

注意：1 安装中所需导线均由用户自备。

2 联接的控制电线应≥1mm 。

Installation of electric control cabinet

◆ Protect grade of electric control cabinet:：IP44，electric control cabinet should be installed in a

rainproof place, the position should be chosen by user. the cabinet should be firmly fixed

according to the user’s requirements. (see drawing 3)

◆ Inlet power lines should connect to the corresponding terminals seperately，jointed firmly.

Grounded linePEshould not link to zero ling N，they should be linked up separately.

◆ Conneting wires of motor,heater：the corresponding terminal numbers in wire conneting box of oil

stationshould be in one to one correspondence with terminal numbers in terminal row of electric

control cabinet.please refer to drawing，the connection should be firm.After completion of wire

connection, a careful examination and check should be done to ensure no error joint。

◆ Wire connection of instrument and gauge：the terminal numbers in wire conneting box of oil

stationshould be in one to one correspondence with terminal numbers in terminal row of electric

control cabinet，referto drawing ，the connection should be firm. After completion of wire

connection, a careful examination and check should be done to ensure no error joint。The

suggested electric control line ≥1mm2.

◆ Connection from electric control cabinet to central control room：wires linking to central control

room are passive switch wire，the code number may not be in coherence, they should be

connected correspondingly according to the requirement and function ，refere to drawing，the

connection should be firm and without wrong joint, malfunction and control trouble might be

caused，After completion of wire connection, a careful examination and check should be done to

ensure no error joint。

Notice:

wires needed in the installation should be supplied by customer

The suggested wire≥1mm2。

5.2 调试前的准备 Preparations before trial run

5.2.1 检查所有指示仪表指示是否“归零”
（不含温度仪表）
。

Check whether all the corresponding instruments reset to 0 scale (not including temperature

gauge)

5.2.2 向油箱内加注清洁的润滑油到最高油位处，加油量参照表 1 中油箱容积的 80%。加注时须进行过

滤，过滤精度为 0.12 ㎜（建议采用 LUC 系列滤油车）

。

Fill clean lubricant into the oil box upto the maximum oil level position. Oil filling quantity reference

table 1, 80% of the effective volume of the oil box. During filling a filtering is needed. the filtering

accuracy 0.12mm.(LUC series oil filtering treailer is recommended )

5.2.3 检查各紧固件是否紧固，如有松动，应予以紧固。

Examine all the fastening bolts, if any looseness exists, tighten it.

5.2.4 检查电控柜内各元件和接线是否紧固，如有松动，应予以紧固。

Inspect looseness of the elements and connecting wires in the electric control cabinet, if any

looseness exists, tighten it.

5.2.5 将油过滤器的换向手柄扳到一个滤芯工作的位置上。

Push direction-change switch of double tube mesh oil filter to one filtering cartridge run position.

5.2.6 打开换热器进、出水口阀门，关闭油路旁通阀（如有）
。

Open the inlet valve and outlet valve of the heat exchanger, turn of by-pass valve.

5.2.7 设定电机控制回路热过载继电器的设定值(根据电动机额定电流值进行设定)。

Set the action value of thermal overload relay of the control circuit of motor(set according to rating

current value )

5.2.8 电控柜在通电之前，控制开关置于“现场手动”位。

Before switch on the electric control cabinet, push control button to “ SITE MANUAL” position.

5.2.9 合上小型断路器，分别点动油泵启动按钮，检查电动机的旋向是否与标记一致，

若方向相反，则交换任意两相电机电源线。方向正确后，启停油泵电机，应动作自如。

Switch on the small line breaker, do some dotty run of start button of oil pump separately to inspect

whether the rotating direction of motor is conform to the marks. If the direction is counterwise, then

exchange any two power lines of motor power, after the direction is right, the oil pump can be started

and halted freely and easily.

5.2.10 按公称压力的 1.5 倍压力作压力试验保压 10min, 再降至公称压力进行全面检查,不允许有泄漏.

注意： 试压用压力表量程不得小于试验压力的 2 倍。装置配置的压力表不能用于试压。试压时换上试压

用压力表，

Test the pipe system with 1.25 times of working pressure, keep 10 minutes,and no leakage exists.

Notice:the scope of pressure meter used for test should no less than 2 times of test pressure.

The pressure meter mounted on the machine can not be used for test.

5.2.10 管道冲洗：

压力试验合格后进行管道清洁处理，冲洗 24 小时后，检查、清洗过滤器和滤芯，再运行 2 小时，

检查清洁度应达到 nas11 级, 达到要求后方可与主机联动。

Pipe washing: after the qualification of pressure test, pipes should be cleaned. With 24 hours of

washing, check, clean filter and catridges, then run 2 hours again. Checking cleanliness should reach

NASS 11. it can be connected with the main machine after the requirement is qualified.

5.3 调试

Trial Run

5.3.1 操作顺序

将电控柜上工作方式开关置于“现场手动”。

手动启、停电加热器按钮，应启、停自如。若油温低于 25℃，应手动启动电加热器，给油加温。

油温达到 25℃后，分别手启动 1 号泵和 2 号泵，应动作自如。

注意：

若油泵打不起油（油泵压力为 0），可给油泵加注润滑油。

若油泵压力低于 0.2MPa，则可能是由于负载较小，只要流量足够，可适当关小供油阀，提高

压力，或适当调整仪表动作值。

安全阀出厂时已调整设定在 0.63MPa，如有必要可进行调整。

operating procedure

◆ Push the operation method switch on electric control cabinet to site manual way

◆ Manual start or halt of the heater should be realized freely. If oil temperature less than 25℃,

◆ When it reaches 25℃, start and halt 1,2# low pressure pumps manually. The action should be

easily and freely realized.

◆f the oil can not be pumped out when start (oil pump pressure is 0), fill some lubricant into oil

pump,

◆ If the oil pump pressure is less than 0.2MPa, it might be due to the small load on condition of the

enough flow quantity, or switching down oil supply valve to increase pressure, or adjusting the action

◆Action value of Safety valve is set to 0.63MPa, if necessary, adjustment can be done.

5.3.2 仪表：

在出厂试验时，压力、温度等仪表均按出厂值调整、设定，用户可根据工作环境条件、使用的油口

和工艺要求重新进行调整、设定，使系统处于最佳工作状态。

The set scale of pressure, temperature instruments are adjusted to the ex-factory scale or value in

the ex-factory test.Adjustment and reset shall be done by user according to working condition, lubricant

type, technical requirements to ensure the system in best working status.

5.3.3 将工作方式开关置于“现场手动”。

◆ 分别模拟油压低、油位低故障，相应的指示灯应发亮且应有故障停主机报警信号输出。

◆ 模拟油温低，
“允许主机启动”信号不能发出。

◆ 分别模拟油温高、油位高、差压高和油泵过载故障，相应的指示灯应发亮且应有故障预报警信

号输出。

◆ Simulate malfunction of low oil pressure, lower oil level, the corresponding indicators should

be on and alarm signal of halting main body for malfunction should be sent out.

◆ Simulate condition of low oil temperature, the corresponding indicators is on, and oil pump

can not startautomatically, the signal of main body start permissioncan not generated out.

◆ Simulate overload malfunctions of high oil temperature, high pressure difference, high oil

level and overload of oil pump, the corresponding indicators should be on and pre alarm

signal for trouble should be sent out.

5.3.4 更换润滑油：

新安装的管道和主机经过调试和试运行后，难免有杂质残留于油中，为确保稀油润滑装置能正常

工作，调试后应将调试用油换掉(或经净油机处理后再用)，或重新加油。

注：1 定期更换的油，可用 ZJC 系列真空净油机处理后再用。

2 用户有不同的连锁、报警、保护要求时，应另签《技术协议》，作特殊定货。

Replace lubricant oil, after trial run or test of the newly installed pipes and main body mentioned

above, it is hard to avoid impurity remains in the oil, so before starting the normal operation of main

body a lubricant oil replacement is necessary ( replaced lubricant oil can be reused after treatment in a

ZJC serial vacuum oil filter manufactured by CRUN).

Notice:

6 操作规程

6.1 日常开机前的检查
6.1.1 检查油过滤器手柄的位置、各阀门状态是否符合要求。

6.1.2 各指示仪表的指示是否归零（不含温度仪表）
。

6.1.3 油箱的油位是否符合要求。

6.1.4 电控柜上油泵选择开关必需置于“开 1 备 2”或 “开 2 备 1”。

6.1.5 打开换热器进出油口、进出水口阀门，关闭换热器间的油路旁通阀及出油口处回油管道的阀门。

6 Operating regulations

6.1, Daily inspection before start

6.1.1 Check whether the hand of oil filter and corresponding valves confirm to the requirements

6.1.2 The corresponding instruments reset to 0 scale.

6.1.3 Check whether oil level is in accordance with the requirements.

6.1.4 Oil pump choose switch have to be in the position of “1 run 2 standby” “ 2 run 1 standby “

6.1.5 Open the oil inlet ,oil outlet , water inlet valve, water outlet valve of the thin oil lubrication

equipment, bypass valve between the heat exchanger’s pipes, valve of oil return pipe in the oil

outlet.

6.2 开机
将工作方式开关置于“远方程控”，若稀油润滑装置无故障, 则输出“允许远方启动

(备妥) ”信号，集控接收到该信号后方可启动油泵；待低压油达到一定压力值(0.12MPa)，油系统运行达

到要求时，控制系统发出“允许主机启动”的信号后, 才能启动主机。

注意: 1 在运行之前，油箱油温低于下限值(25℃)时，加热器自动启动。油箱油温高于上限值(42℃)

时，加热器自动关闭。

2 在运行过程中，两油泵一备一用，供油压力低于下限设定值(0.12MPa)时，备用油泵自动工

作，当供油压力达到设定值(0.3MPa)时，备用泵自动停止。

6.2 Start of machine

When oil equipment chooses“remote control” operation control method, if the equipment has no

malfunction, a signal of remote start permission(ready) is sent out. The pump may be started after

centrall control receives this signal, a signal of “start permission” is generated and sent out from

control system ,low pressure oil reaches the pressuure value(0.12MPa), oil system corresponds to the

requirements, then the main machine can start.

Notice: 1 Before operation, if the oil temperature is lower than the bottom value in oil box (25℃)，heater

will run automatically, the oil temperature in oil box higher than upper limit(42℃)，heater will

close automatically.

2 During operation, one of the 2 oil pumps works and the other is for spare.Supplying oil

pressure is lower than bottom limit(0.12MPa)，standby Pump start to run automatically，

supplying oil pressure reaches limit(0.3MPa)，standby pump stop.

6.3 报警、指示功能
6.3.1 稀油润滑装置在工作中，如因油压、油温、油位处于不正常状态时，则有相应的声光报警。

注意: 报警分为轻故障预报警和重故障停机报警, 轻故障预报警用于提醒操作者注意， 重故障停

机报警用于强迫主机停机.除与集控连接(锁)外, 一般应与主机硬连锁，报警时, 可先按“消

音”按钮, 报警电铃停止鸣响。再根据故障诊断信号灯的指示, 采取相应的措施。

6.3.1 During operation of the equipment, if oil pressure, oil temperature, oil level is in a abnormal status, a

corresponding acoustic and optical alarm should be acted.

Notice: The alarm includs prealarm for light malfunction and halting alarm for serious malfunction.

Prealarm for light malfunction is to warn the operators and absorbing attention Halting

alarm for serious malfunction is used to mandatory shutdown of mainbody. Besides

connecting to central control , often conneted to the hard interlock unit, a alarm happens,

you can push down the sound cancel button first, then adopt correct measures according

to indications of trouble diagnostic indicators.

6.3.2 当有任何一个因素造成预告报警时，电铃鸣响，预告报警继电器动作，重故障继电器动作。

低压油压低：在运行过程中，低压供油压力低于下限设定值(0.12MPa)时，备用油泵自动工作，

此时请巡视人员注意观察现场的润滑设备；若低压压力持续低于下限设定值 (0.12MPa) 待 10

秒钟后，油压低指示灯亮、报警指示灯亮，电铃报警，同时发出主机停车信号。

油箱油位低/油位高：当油箱油位低于下限位时，液位低控制触点闭合，电铃报警，油位指示

灯亮。当油箱油位高于上限位，液位高控制触点闭合，电铃报警，报警指示灯闪亮。

供油温度高：当供油温度高于上限设定值时,油温指示灯闪亮，电铃报警。

过滤器压差高：当压差过高时，压差控制接点触点闭合，则压差指示灯亮，电铃报警。

◆ Oil pressure low：During operation，supplying pressure is lower than bottom set value

observe the site lubricating equipment, after 10seconds，Pressure still less than bottom set

value(0.12MPa)， pressure low signal section will generate out，trouble indicator on，and

signal of main machine stop generated.

◆ low /high oil level in oil box : when oil levelis higher than upper limit, a oil level low control

contact close,bell sounds,oil level indicator flashes； when oil level is lower than bottom limit, a

oil level low control contact close,bell sounds, indicator on.

◆ Supplying oil temperature high: When supplying oil temperature is higher than upper limit,bell

sounds alarm, indicator flashes.

◆ Pressure difference in filter high: When the pressure difference is too high, the contacts closes,

indicator flashes, bell sound alarm.

◆ Pump overloading: when oil pump is overloaded, indicator flashes, bell sounds

6.3 当过滤器压差高报警时，说明油过滤器已堵塞，应扳动油过滤器的切换手柄，使备用滤筒工作，

打开原工作的滤筒，取出滤芯，予以清洗或更换。

When a high pressure difference alarm happens, it means the at the filter is blocked, switch the

change handle of oil filtering cartridge to use the standby filtering cartridge. Pull out the used cartridge,

replce or clean the filtering mesh.

6.4 当出油口油温高于 42℃时，应使换热器投入工作, 换热器的操作规程如下:

When the temperature of oil outlet is above 42℃, heat exchanger

should be put inttom operation, Heat exchanger operating regulations:

6.4.1 使用前检查所有附件及与相关设备各连接处是否连接牢固。

Before operation, check whether all the accessories and joints related to the corresponding

equipment are firmly connected.

6.4.2 打开换热器进水阀，使冷热介质均处于流动状态，然后调整冷却水流量，使热介质出口温度达到

工艺要求。

First open water inlet valve of heat exchanger, cold and hot media should be in the flowing state,

then adjust the cooling water flow, hot medium should correspond to technical requirements.

6.4.3 换热器因故需停止工作进行检修时，其操作步骤是先停油泵，然后关闭进水阀，排净积于换热

器内的油和水，拆开检修。

If heat exchanger needs stopping and repairing because of malfunction, the procedure should be

the following. First stop oil pump, then shut down inlet valve of heat exchanger.discharge the oil and

water in the heat exchanger completely, dismantle, check, and repair.

6.5 停机

停机时应先停油泵装置，再关闭换热器进水阀，待油和水排出后关闭冷却器水出口阀。若停机后较长

时间不用，应排净积于换热器内的油和水。

Upon a halt, first stop the pump equipment, then close the inlet valve of heat exchanger, after oil and

water being fully discharged, stop water outlet valve of cooler. If the machine is stopped for a long

downtime, oil and water in the heat exchanger should be fully discharged.

7 维护和安全技术

7.1 齿轮油泵的使用与维护

齿轮油泵泵头与电机采用的是弹性联结，齿轮油泵输出轴与电机轴的同轴度允差≤φ0.1mm，

联轴器应能灵活转动。

油泵必须牢固固定，进出口管接头不得有松动。

为使油泵能长期正常使用，其抽送的油液必须清洁，不允许有任何腐蚀性物质和机械杂质。

油泵工作时应按标牌所指示的方向运转。

油泵是容积泵，如果磨损或轴承损坏，泵的噪声会增大，压力有所下降，应更换轴承或磨损零

件。

检修齿轮后，重新装配时，应严格控制泵的轴向间隙和同轴度，不得超差，否则不能正常工作。

严禁在周围环境温度过高（超过电机的允许工作温度）的地方及露天工作。

◆ 停止工作时应先停电机，再关各阀。
7 Maintenance andSafety technique
7.1 The maintenance and Operation of oil gear pump
◆ A flexible connection is adopted between the oil gear pump and the motor, the error value of oil
gear pump central line to electric motor central line should be less than 0.1 mm, rotating the
coupling to check if it is flexible.
◆ The oil pump should be fixed stably, no looseness occurs on the connectors for inlets and
outlets.

◆ In order to assure long term operation of oil pump, the oil pumped should be clean, and without
corrosive substances and mechanical impurities, a filter should be set at the inlet of oil pump.
◆ The rotation direction should conform to the direction marked by the nameplate.
◆ Rolling bearings are used in the oil pump, if it worn out, the noise of gear pump will increase,
power function reduced, then replacement of rolling bearing is needed.
◆ After repairing of a gear, during assembly the axial clearance, concentricity of a pump should be
controlled strictly, no out-of-tolerance is allowed, otherwise it can not work normally.
◆ The gear pump is not permitted to operate in higher environmental temperature( exceeding the
allowable temperature of motor) places or out door environment to avoid the wetting of a motor.

◆ Upon a halt, first stop the motor, then close the valve in the oil pipe circuit.

7.2 换热器的使用与维护

7.2.1 使用前应认真检查压紧螺栓是否松动，压紧尺寸是否符合说明书中的规定尺寸，如不符合规定，

应均匀把紧螺栓，使其达到规定尺寸。

7.2.2 使用前应对冷侧、热侧分别用 1.25 倍工作压力进行压力试验，保压 30 分钟，各密封部位无泄

漏，方可投入使用。

7.2.3 操作时，应先缓慢注入冷却水，然后注入油，停机时应先缓慢切断油，再切断冷却水。

7.2.4 设备长期运行后板片表面将产生不同程度的水垢或沉积物，这样会降低传热效率并增加流阻，

因此应定期打开检查，清除污垢。清洗板片时不得用金属刷子，以免划伤板片，降低耐腐蚀性。

7.2.5 损坏的板片应及时更换，若无备用板片，在操作允许的情况下，可拆下两张相邻的板片(注意：

拆下的板片不应是换向板片，而应是带四个孔的板片)，同时相应减少压紧尺寸。

7.2.6 维修时，对已老化的垫片应进行更换，脱落的垫片应重新进行粘接。粘接时应清洗垫片槽，涂

上粘接剂，将垫片摆正粘牢。

7.2.7 清洗(严禁用盐酸清洗)。

◆ 换热器应定期检修，热效率明显降低、压降明显变化时应进行清洗。

◆ 清洗工作可将设备打开，逐张板片冲洗。如果结垢严重，应将板片拆下，放平清刷。

◆ 如果使用化学清洗剂，可在设备内部打循环。若用机械清洗，要使用软刷，禁止使用钢刷，

避免划伤板片。

◆ 设备冲洗后，须用干净布擦干，板片及胶垫间不允许存有异物颗粒及纤维之类杂物。

◆ 清洗完毕后，应对板片、胶垫仔细检查, 发现问题及时处理。

◆ 在清洗过程中. 对于要更换的胶垫和脱胶胶垫应粘牢固, 并在组装前仔细检查是否贴合均匀,

将多余的粘合剂擦干净。
◆ 换热器较长时间停用时,应排尽内部积存的油和水。

7.2 Operation and maintenance of heat exchanger
7.2.1 Check whether pressing bolts are loose or not before using the equipment. Check whether
pressing size is in accordance with the specified size. If not,twist the bolt tightly and equally to the
specified size.
7.2.2 Take water pressure test of the equipment before using it. Test pressure for both cold and hot
sides. Testing pressure is one and a quarter times as much as operating pressure. Retaining time is 30
minutes. It can be used without any leaking of each sealed part.
7.2.3 When operating the equipment, first fill in liquid with low pressure slowly, then fill in liquid with high
pressure , then cut off liquid with low pressure.
7.2.4 Some scale or deposit will appear on the flat surface after long-time using. Thus heat exchanging
efficiency will be reduced and flow resistance will be increased. Therefore equipment should be opened
and checked regularly. Clean scale. When washing plates, don’t use metal brush in case it scratches
plates, thus reduce corrosion-resistance.
7.2.5 Change the damaged plate in time. With no spare plate, disassemble two side-by-side plates if
operation permits(disassembled plates should not be reversing plates, but ones with four holes).
7.2.6 When repairing, change the ageing sealed spacers. Rebond the fallen spacer. Clean spacer
groove when bonding. Smear bonding agent and bond spacer to tight in the proper position.
7.2.7 Cleaning (hydrochloric acid is forbidden to clean)
◆ Check heat exchanger regularly. Clean is when heat efficiency is obviously reduced and
pressure decrease changes apparently.
◆ Open the equipment when cleaning, washing one flat after another, dismantle plates when
there is much scale and brush them in a horizontal position.
◆ Cycle inside the equipment if using chemical detergent. Use soft brush if using machine to
clean forbid using steel brush in case it scratch flat.
◆ Use clean cloth to wipe up after cleaning. Do not allow any foreign matter such particle and
fibre to exist beween plate and spacer.
◆ Bond the changed and fallen spacer tightly in the course of cleaning.check whether bonding
is proper or not before assembling. Wipe up excessive detergent.
◆ Discharge the oil and water inside completely, when heat exchanger is not long-time use.

7.3 油过滤器的使用与维护

7.3.1 使用要点

在壳体转换阀体腔的两侧有两对进出口，油从下进上出，不得误装。

转换手柄必须处于“左开”或“右开”的极限位置，保证油路畅通。

油过滤器开始通油时，应打开放气阀，待油液充满滤芯腔，排尽空气后关闭放气阀。

注意：防止油液外溢。

在正常情况下，油过滤器的清洗压降≤0.15MPa，当压差超过要求时，必须迅速转动切换手柄

到另一极限位置，切换滤芯。将原工作滤芯取出，进行清洗或更换。
注意：严禁中途停留。
7.3 Maintenance and Operation of filter
7.3.1 Operation points
◆ There are two couple of inlet and outlet connectors on the cartridge and chamber, the upper
ones for output, lower ones for oil inlet, do not misassemble them, there are four types of
connecting measures, the buyer can choose upon their own condition.
◆ The hand stick must be in the maximum right or maximum left position to guarantee the flow of
oil.
◆ At the beginning og filling oil of a filter, gas discharge valves should be open, when the oil filled
full of the filtering core chamber all air is put out, then close the gas discharge valve.
Notice: avoid oil overflowing.
◆ Under the normal condition, the cleaning pressure diference of oil filter is less than 0.15MPa.
when the pressure difference exceeding the set value or a disassembly and wash of the filtering
core unit if needed, a rapid move of hand stick should be done, after transforming, the hand stick
must be in the up most position for one cartridge
Notice: remaining in middle position is not allowed.

7.3.2 清洗和安装

◆ 拧开油滤器上的螺母，即可取出滤芯。

◆ 对滤芯可整体清洗或拆洗。拆洗时，先卸下螺母，依次取出弹簧座、弹簧、衬套、滤片及滤片

垫圈（因滤片内环与滤片垫圈间有一定的附着力，拆洗时不要硬拉，以免损坏）
，然后将滤片套

在专用清洗套筒上，用毛刷和轻柴油仔细清洗，清洗的柴油用脏时应予以更换。对滤片外观进行

仔细检查，如滤网有损坏，必须立即更换。清洗后按拆卸顺序反向装配，装配中要严格保持清洁。

注意：无论整体清洗或拆洗，均严禁污物进入滤芯内部。
◆ 将清洗好的滤芯组件装入滤腔，拧紧螺母，注意各个密封接合面的密封。
7.3.2 Mounting and Washing
◆ Dismount the nut on the filter cover, and the filtering core unit can be pulled out.
◆ The filtering core unit can be washed integrally or be disassembled into parts for wash. If
disassembly is needed, first scew out the nut, pull out the spring seat,spring,liner,filteringscreen
and filtering screen gasket.(a adhesive power exists between the inner ring of filtering screen
and filtering screen gasket, to avoiding damage, do not try to tear down it forcefully). Then put
the filtering screen on the special washing tube, wash it with brusher and light diesel fuel
carefully, if the washing diesel fuel is dirty, replace with new oil. Inspect the filtering screen
carefully, if there is damage on the filtering screen it must be replaced with new one. After
washing mount the unit according to the procedure opposite to disassembly. High degree
cleanliness should be kept strictly.

Notice: No matter it is integral washing or disassembly washing, no dust can be allowed to go into
inside of the filtering screen.

◆ Mount the washed filtering core unit into the chamber, tighten the nuts, inspecting the sealing

condition of the sealing surfaces.

7.4 回油磁过滤装置的使用与维护

7.4.1 回油磁过滤装置安装在油箱的回油过滤腔内，其主要作用是滤除回油中的铁磁性物质和机械杂
质。

7.4.2 拆卸：打开油箱顶板上的清洗孔盖，即可方便地取出回油磁过滤器组件，然后依次取出磁芯、
内框。

7.4.3 清洗：使用轻柴油、毛刷，仔细清洗内框、外框和磁芯。如有必要，可将磁芯拆卸清洗。
7.4.4 安装：安装顺序与拆卸顺序相反。
注意：1 回油磁过滤装置的清洗时间与油液的清洁度有关，过滤不畅通时，应及时清洗。
2 注意检查油箱内最低油位处，如发现有水，应打开油箱下部两个阀门将水放出。
7.4 Operation and maintenance of oil return magnetic equipment
7.4.1 Oil return magnetic filter equipment mounted on the oil return chamber is mainly used to filter
metal and magnetic matter and mechanical impurities.
7.4.2 Dismantling: open the cleaning hole on the upper plate of oil box, pull out accessories of oil
return magnetic filter,then get out of magnetic catridge and inner tube.
7.4.3 Cleaning: clean inner tube ,outer tube,catridge meticulously with light diesel and brush.
Disassemble filtering catridge into parts, then clean it if necessary .
7.4.4 Assembly: assembly order is opposite to disassembly order.
Notice:1, the cleaning time of oil return magnetic filter is closely assiciated with cleanliness
degree. If filtering is not so smooth, clean it in time.
2, Check the water and sewage in the low oil level position of oil box, if water existed,
open the two valve in the lower bottom of oil box to discharge the water.

7.5 控制柜的维护和检查

7.5.1 日常检查

◆ 安装环境是否合适：环境温度、湿度、灰尘、污垢等等；

◆ 是否有异常振动和噪声；

◆ 是否出现过热和变色；

◆ 在运行中用万用表测量输入电压。

7.5.2 定期检查：周期为半年。

◆ 螺钉和螺栓：这些部位由于振动，温度的变化等等造成松动，检查它们是否可靠拧紧，并且必

9.1 Products of the company strictly implement “three guarantees” after leaving the factory
according to corresponding requirements of China.
9.2 Storage period of the product after ex-factory is a year(from production date). If the storage
period exceed one year without use , it is necessary to dismantle the package to check whether it is
rusty. If there is rusty , clean it and do some anti-rust treating.
