with outdoor laminating film sticker with white background, installed and mounted at 0.95 Meter
on left hand side to perimeter fencing from front view, fixed into position facing the road, colour,
font size all as per Detailed Drawing and Specifications and to the satisfaction of the Site Supervisor.

No other board or advertisement shall be permitted to be displayed on or around the works.

Temporary Access Tracks

G Provide and maintain all necessary temporary access tracks within the site as
long as required & removed and made good on completion and to the satisfaction
of the Site Supervisor. Site visit is mandatory to determine anticipated costs .

Additional Handling Charges

H Extra Handling Charges is incurred only when the proposed site access is through timber logging
routes and also obstructed by river or sea with no bridge or crossing and accessible only
only by waterway.

Underground Services

I The Contractor shall be solely responsible to ascertain if there are any existing utility services
such as piping , cabling et cetera of similar nature , buried underground and to take appropriate
measures not to cause any damages.

Any claims on damages due to negligence of existing underground services shall not be entertained.
