To Whom It May Concern:

This is to inform your good office regarding the price discrepancy that we indicated on our estimate for
your HINO Vehicle with Job Order No. 31862.
The price indicated on our initial evaluation was Php 24,000.00 only, but upon inspection by our partner
calibrators the actual cost for calibration was Php 36,500.00. Thus the need for this price adjustment approval.,
because instead of the total cost amounting to Php 80,204.80 the total cost would be 92,704.80.

I understand the confusion that this may have caused, and for that, my sincerest apologies.
