LETTER OF MOTIVATION

The new optimist generation is working hard to revamp the world through proper
research analysis of global financial and economic shifts. My strong desire is to join this
marathon of these optimists and donate my knowledge insights gathered from prior
financial management education as well as professional experience.

Since the emergence of Covid-19, the global financial industry is facing economic
fluctuations, rapid technological innovations with changing industry regulations and
about 50% of customers’ preferences have been shifted to digital apps. Due to this, I
have a keen interest to study Master's in Financial Services Management to learn about
changing modern dimensions. The course study revolves completely around English,
which would help me to interact with a diverse culture of students from all around the
world and to learn their perspectives. Moreover, studying in Kaiserslautern city has
beautiful hiking trails and lakes in Europe as well as the highest standard of living.

It is my pleasure to introduce myself to the admission board. My career objective is to

do the best I can in the field of Financial Management. I completed my Bachelor of
Business Administration (Finance) from Comsats Institute of Information Technology in
2013. Then in 2017, I completed a degree Master in Business Administration (Finance)
from Riphah International University. Besides, I also became an Oracle Certified
Specialist for E-Business Suite-12 Financial Management. I have over 9 years of
professional experience, which covers both national and multinational firm Fortune 500
S&P Global. My primary area of expertise revolves around Financial & Budget Analysis,
Investment Decisions, Cash Management and Bookkeeping.

In a shuffling economic world and change in the scope of financial management

accompanied with digital innovations, it is a need of the hour to achieve higher
professional levels. Additionally, the deficiency of highly qualified professionals in
Pakistan as well as the magnitude of research done under the Financial Services
Management needs to refuel. Now I think that it is the right time to get higher education
to be a fruitful resource for my country as well as for the world. Because of the world's
fourth-largest and highly innovative economy, I believe that Germany is the best place
to be acquainted with it.

University of Applied Sciences Kaiserslautern founded in 1971 and became one of the
finest and leading university in Germany. The department has an excellent research
facilities and faculty, which encourage me to select this opportunity. The specialized
academic environment, developed over the years by dedicated researchers, teachers
and even students at University, will take me to the other world to upskill my career in
Financial Management. What I believe is that getting a Master degree especially in this
area would be an excellent way to start my career and experience the excitement and
satisfaction of being at the forefront of this vastly expanding field. Moreover, the wide
range of knowledge acquired during the course at your institute will enable and furnish
me with the skills and competency required in the quickly changing corporate world.
It is my pleasure that I am writing an application to achieve Master degree in Financial
Services Management. The overall experience and knowledge achieved by me, over
the past several years are my solid strengths for this particular program. I wish to get a
chance to interact with fellows from diverse professionals and cultural background
drawn from all over the world. This exposure will certainly offer me opportunities to
