Is it better to earn a lot of money or to enjoy your job?

It's hard to say for sure if he's making a lot of money or enjoying his
job.
As the two are not mutually exclusive, both contribute to a person's
overall well-being.
However, it is widely agreed that his job is more important than
earning money.
Because if money can bring happiness, it does not guarantee
happiness and cannot bring neither fulfillment.
There are many reasons why enjoying your work is more important
than earning a lot of money.

First, when you enjoy your work, you are more likely to get involved
with it more, which will increase your performance and your
efficiency.
This can lead to earning more money.

Second, even if you don't make a lot of money, you're happier if you
like your job that you have a lot of money and you aren't from your
job.
If the work is satisfactory, the time of work does not matter.
Third, people who enjoy their jobs are more likely to stay. This

makes work safer and more stable.

Fourth, if you love your work and are a supporter of it.
You have a better chance of getting a promotion or a raise. Because
employers are more likely to develop and nurture employees who
are happy with their jobs and doing well.
Finally, enjoying your work has many health benefits. Because job
satisfaction is associated with lower levels of stress, which can have
positive effects on your physical and mental health.
I think it's better to enjoy your job than to earn a lot of money. In my
opinion, they are important, but not the most important. It's more
important to find a job that makes you happy and content.
